Randal Carnicer is clearly mentally unwell, and looking at past history, it is likely he will do this again, rebrand, and start anew like nothing happened.
We don’t exactly know how many victims of Randal there are, but if you were one of them and you are not in this doc, we recommend you speak out or contact the account this is posted in.
