Any Westmont High School student who wishes to ride home with their parent or legal guardian after an athletic contest or game, performance, or activity, must complete and submit a transportation release form and give it to their head coach or program director before the student is released to legal guardian.

The release form only covers one single game, contest, activity, or performance. If a student has not submitted a transportation release form, they must use the same transportation source they used to arrive at their game, performance, or activity.

• Students are not allowed to return home with anyone except their parents or legal guardians.  
• The transportation release form does not allow siblings, relatives, family friends, parents of other students not acting in the capacity of volunteer drivers, or any other drivers to transport student/athletes home.
