Staff Appreciation Lunch - Friday May 31, 2019

Thank you for volunteering for this event.  It is a great opportunity to show our appreciation for the wonderful staff at our school.  To make this event a success, parent volunteers are needed to prepare (cook or buy) and bring dishes to the school on the day of the luncheon.  Please read through the following instructions:

For those bringing in a food dish:

Please bring it to the Multi-Purpose Room. Please bring it between 11am and 11:30am.  Storage and fridge space is VERY limited so we are unable to store the food dishes prior to this time.  If you can only drop it off earlier, please let me know and I will meet you at 8:45 if required.  

Also, please use a nice serving dish and provide a serving utensil.  This makes for a nicer looking buffet table.  

Please prepare a food label with the name of your dish and any allergens (eg nuts, shellfish, dairy).  This is very important to ensure there are no issues with food allergies.  

Please label your dish on the bottom and your serving utensil.  We will have dishes and utensils washed and ready for pick up outside the Multi-Purpose Room by 3pm.  

Playground Supervisors:

Please arrive just before noon and check in at the office to get your yellow vest,

walkie-talkies, and any special instructions from the aides.  

Office/Phone Coverage:

Please arrive just before noon and get your instructions from Dianne Palgova

Set up:

Please meet in the Multi-Purpose Room.  Set up will be from 9 - 11:30

Serve and Clean up:

Please arrive in the Multi-Purpose Room by 11:45am to help serve.  Clean up completed by 2:30.
