- If you are going to volunteer in-person (specifically to clean up the mud), please make sure that you’re wearing proper clothing (ex. boots, long pants, long sleeves, etc.)
- If you are sick, do not go. There will be plenty of opportunities to help out in the future
- Listen to those around you
- Be respectful
- Carpool if possible
- Bring your own supplies (if can)
- Bring a towel, soap, wipes, bottled water, and an extra change of clothes for yourself if you’re doing community cleanup
- Expect to get dirty
- Beach cleanup: bring gloves and trash bags and wear close toed shoes
