Custom knits

I will give you a price quote on how much your project will cost and send you a PayPal invoice to your email address. I am currently only offering custom color options for my animal track designs.

If you would like a custom color project, please send me an email with details of what you want and I will work out color options with you.

Commission slots are reserved when the customer pays their down payment. Payments must be made in full within 30 days of completion.  I will not mail completed projects until I receive full payment. If the customer does not make a full payment within that time frame, I reserve the right to resell the project.

Washing knit items

It is highly recommended to hand wash knit items with cool water and gently soap, such as dish soap. Water should be gently squeezed from knits before being laid flat to air dry. Never twist or wring out wet knits! Do not put knit items in the washing machine or dryer - wool products may felt or deform. Animal fibers in general tend to be more fragile when they are wet and may end up being damaged if you are not careful. I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged from incorrect care.

Returns and Refunds
I will not accept returns nor offer refunds on items that are damaged due to incorrect care. I finish my projects in a way so that they will not unravel on their own - I will not accept returns nor offer refunds for something that was mistreated to the point of falling apart.

Shipping

My items are One of A Kind - I do not take responsibility nor do I offer refunds or replacement items for items being lost or damaged by the USPS. Once I ship an order, I am no longer responsible for the items once it is in the care of the USPS.

Refunds

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. If I cancel the commission, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission before any work has started, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund will be issued based upon how much work has been completed. I reserve the right to resell or alter a cancelled commission for resell.

Payment

My price list can be found here.

Please do not send payments until I request them with a PayPal invoice.

For items that are over $20, I require 50% up front before I begin work.

For items that are $20 or less, full payment is required up front.

Shipping

Shipping prices start at $5 and may vary with the size of the order. I will ship flat rate USPS Priority mail if possible. I do not take responsibility for items being lost or damaged by the USPS. I do not offer refunds or replacement items for items that are in the care of the USPS. Tracking is included with flat rate envelopes.

Queue

My current queue can be found here. Commissions always take priority over everything on the pre-made todo list, though if a pre-made is in progress, custom orders may be put on hold until the project is finished.
