⏱️ TIME & BOOKING  

Appointments are scheduled to provide each client with focused, uninterrupted service. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

📅 CONSISTENCY & LOYALTY  

Clients who remain consistent with bookings may receive loyalty-based benefits such as locked-in pricing and priority access. Inactive clients may be subject to current pricing upon return.

❗ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS  

Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking access or removal from loyalty-based pricing.

📲 BOOKING PROCESS  

All appointments must be made through the official booking system. Direct messages and last-minute requests are not guaranteed.

👦 YOUTH APPOINTMENTS  

Younger clients should be prepared and able to sit through the service to ensure the best possible results.
