Boss Ye (business partner) try to blackmail Li Zhong Mou (Jerry Yan), but then Zhou Mou overturn the situation and blackmail Boss Ye to go hand in hand with him or his business main ownership will change. Zhong Mou told the business partner to think of his son future, the business partner say he has a very high trick/method but told Zhong Mou to leave himself a route to retreat. Zhong Mou say he did not need any as he did not have father or a child. So in the end the business partner had no choice but to go with Zhong Mou liking.
At the end of the event, the attendance try to climb to get a closer glimpse of the very popular artist, Zhang Man Di (Feng Jing), which results the stage to collapse. Few people mildly injured but Zhong Mou discover a little boy unconscious with his leg hurt badly. Zhong Mou bring the boy to the hospital. On the other end Wu Tong (Tong Liya), leaving the office excited as her boy, Tong Tong, is turning a year older. On the way home to celebrate, Wu Tong received a call from a hospital informing her that Tong Tong is injured, she went to the hospital only to be informed by the doctor that Tong Tong need blood transfusion and ask if there's any relatives that has the same blood type. Wu Tong say there are no one, and to be informed back that blood bag will only be available in five hours time and the doctor told Wu Tong to be mentally prepared as he's afraid that Tong Tong will not be able to wait 5hours.
Zhong Mou pass through Tong Tong bed, and as the nurse if he's alright.. deng deng deng.. Wu Tong beg Zhong Mou to transfuse his blood to save this little boy. Zhong Mou ask why should he, and demand for an answer, Wu Tong vaguely answer that it's because they have the same blood type. Conservative, Zhong Mou were angry as how she can know his blood type, Wu Tong kneel down and inform him that Tong Tong is his son.. Shell shocked, but nevertheless he transfuse his blood.
Zhang Man Di come and give Wu Tong an autograph photo of hers, since Man Di know that Tong Tong like her (Tong Tong carry Man Di photo).. Zhong Mou exit the ER and Wu Tong flee away..
Zhong Mou then ask his PA, Lin Jian Dong (Lu Hang?), how would he react if someone told you that they have your child, and Zhong Mou explain. Zhong Mou then told Jian Dong to do DNA check to confirm it.
Back at the hospital, Tong Tong wake up and ask about the photo and if his birthday has passed. Wu Tong say no and ask why, Tong Tong then give the photo as a present to Wu Tong. And Wu Tong ask is it because of this photo that he injured himself, and Tong Tong nod while saying that he look for Man Di for her to sign because he know mommy like Man Di very much.. Wu Tong ask how come he say she like her, and Tong Tong reply because every time Man Di is on the TV mommy like to watch (is it because of she's Zhong Mou girlfriend?). Tong Tong then make a wish, that he wish daddy will come back from magic school faster, and the three of them live together happily ever after.
The next morning, Jian Dong inform Zhong Mou that indeed Tong Tong is his son, and they went over Wu Tong background. Zhong Mou totally have no idea about Wu Tong. Mid conversation an ex-employee come and make a commotion demanding to talk to Zhong Mou, but later only to be drag by Jian Dong and being hit, that he's being fired for leaking company information to their competitors.
That night Zhong Mou return to his mom home, Li Mom receive an invitation to a full month baby party by her friends but only to be decline. Zhong Mou told her to go out more often as it's good for her body and mind as well. Li mom ask why should she go when her friends hold their grandchildren, when her son did not want to marry. Zhong Mou then say isn't she also the same (never marry) and all she want is just a grandchild to become the successor of Li Group, and if it's what she want he can give her.
During office hours, Wu Tong receive a call from Jian Dong telling her that he want to talk in regards of the child and he's Zhong Mou PA. Hearing Zhong Mou name she hang up the phone and later turn off her phone for good. HAHA!! Then suddenly both Jian Dong and Zhong Mou being inform that reporters have come because of the illegitimate child rumours. After the short press conference, Zhong Mou concluded that the one who leek the information should be someone he's closed with and even more someone within the company, but he did not care about the rumours as the child is more important.
Jian Dong meet with Wu Tong and forcefully drag her when she decline to have a chat, Jian Dong explain that Zhong Mou is Tong Tong biological father and he has the right over Tong Tong custody. Jian Dong resonate with Wu Tong that the three of them will be better of if she hand over Tong Tong custody, and in return Zhong Mou will compensate accordingly her but Wu Tong say she will not hand over the custody unless she's dead.
Later that night, Zhong Mou come with Jian Dong to Wu Tong neighbourhood. At the car, Zhong Mou ask if they know each other, Wu Tong flashback to the fateful day and shake her head. Zhong Mou then ask how can she carry his child, and Wu Tong reply that she just lie to him and Tong Tog have nothing to do with him, only to have the DNA report thrown at her. Wu Tong say that time is just a mishap. Zhong Mou then ask what did she want by using Man Di and that accident to shown him Tong Tong, and told her to say what she want.. Wu Tong say all she want is Tong Tong.
On the way home, Zhong Mou is informed that the one who leek the illegitimate rumour is Zhao Gu Hua (the ex-employee). Zhong Mou say that he did not care and want the lawyer to be prepared for this case, Jian Dong remind him that they will be in unfavourable position if they went to the court as their competitors is having their eye on them and it will ruin both Li Group and Zhong Mou reputation, but Zhong Mou did not care as he want this child.
Zhong Mou and the illegitimate child rumour were all over the media, Zhong Mou and Man Di attend a party. Man Di say that she and Tong Tong do have that kind of fate as she really like this child and they three will make a perfect family and she will be a good mother to Tong Tong. Man Di then ask what is he going to do with the mother, Zhong Mou say that he only want the child and as the woman he only need her. Man Di is all over the moon, and say the women is very pitiful and ask if Zhong Mou will do the same later on with her and their child. Zhong Mou say he will not, as he will never marry her and have a child with her.. HAHA!! Man Di face totally turn sour and trip herself..
At home after putting Tong Tong to bed, Wu Tong heard from the TV that Zhong Mou will take over the custody of the child, devastated Mei Ling (Wu Tong best friend) come and ask if it's true.. And wonder when she's pregnant where the hell is Zhong Mou..
Mei Ling ask where is Zhong Mou all these time, when she face hardship having to move frequently and now after all the effort and pain to brought Tong Tong he pop out of nowhere and ask for the custody. Wu Tong assure her that she will not hand over the custody and remind her not to tell anything to her mom. That night Wu Tong massage her mom that she's leading a good life with Tong Tong and not to worry about them (Wu Tong left her family 5yrs ago).
Outside the court reporter throw question at Wu Tong asking if she will be selling her child custody for money.. Back at car, Zhong Mou ask if this what she wants (centre of attention), Wu Tong say she only want her child. Zhong Mou say it's impossible, and Wu Tong say the judge have not made their final verdict how can he say it's impossible, and Zhong Mou ask if there's any possibilities for her to win..
While reviewing the case, Wu Tong tumble over and then plan to run away.. At the bus Tong Tong pee on his pants because the driver did not want to pull over. Then midway while raining two lamb free from the vehicle carrying them, Tong Tong say that the two lamb is very pitiful, but Wu Tong assure him that as long as the baby lamb got mommy lamb then they are not pitiful at all. But Wu Tong think to herself if they will be like the two lamb if she run away aimlessly with Tong Tong.
The next morning, Mei Ling notice that Wu Tong is gone, while frantically searching in the neighbourhood she see Wu Tong carrying Tong Tong and happy to see they were back. Wu Tong say that she's very stupid thinking that if she run away it will solve everything. Mei Ling told her that what can be harder than when Tong Tong were younger, when they have to move houses, when the breast milk supply were low and Tong Tong keep crying because he's hungry and Wu Tong cradle him non stop to sleep. Mei Ling then hand over her house saving to Wu Tong so that she can hire lawyer, but Wu Tong turn down the money.
The next day, reporter swarming Wu Tong working place. The manager were very angry and fire her because he did not want to have any problem for going against Li Zhong Mou. Wu Tong say she need this job or she will loose her custody, the manager say it got nothing to do with him or maybe if she beg Zhong Mou that will benefit the company then maybe he can think over of having her again..
Wu Tong then went to the kindergarden to pick up Tong Tong only to informed that Tong Tong had been fetched a man which Tong Tong address as Dad. Wu Tong ask if the teacher remember what the man looks like, but the teacher did not remember since there are so many people who come. Wu Tong then went to look over Zhong Mou who's on meeting demanding they return the child since the judge have to make their final verdict. Zhong Mou then ask what happened, and Wu Tong explain, then Zhong Mou ask if he and Tong Tong is in good term that Tong Tong can called him DAD. Wu Tong then recharge her phone and call Mei Ling and told her that Tong Tong MIA. Mei Ling then hand over the phone to Tong Tong, and Tong Tong told her that godfather (Mei Ling husband) pick him up. Wu Tong the apologise for all the misunderstanding she create and say that this event she's wrong but nevertheless she will not give up on Tong Tong custody.
Wu Tong went to visit Mei Ling and ask Zhang Yuan (MeiLing Husband) when did he return, and no wonder the teacher did not recognise him and create all this misunderstanding. (Mei Ling daughter Ke Ke went to the same kindergarden). Mei Lin joke around and say of course even herself can't recognise her husband anymore since he's gone for half a year.
That night Li Mom phone Zhong Mou after she learn about her grandson existence from the media, and told him to bring the child back at what ever cost, since both Zhong Mou and Wu Tong have 50-50 chance of winning over the custody. Li Mom also remind that though she will take this child as a part of Li family but she will never let the woman enter Li doors. Zhong Mou then reminds her that he's never had the intention of marrying his whole life..
Man Di is with Zhong Mou and she ask if he's very busy at the office, Man Di say she overheard from Jian Dong that he sue the news outlet till bankrupt but he loves the photo they take of Tong Tong, and Zhong Mou has agree to build a library at Tong Tong kindergarden and she also say that Li mom will be very happy since old people love children. Zhong Mou then tell her that a few years ago he snatch over a big project that's very important to the owner, the owner previously hurt Li Mom heart, he think he will be given appraisal for his effort but in return all he get is a big slap. Zhong Mou say he's successful but he's never happy, because he never get the full love and the effect of his father, so that's why he did not want his child to face the same fate as he is. Man Di then ask what if he lost the case will he marry her, Zhong Mou reply that he only wants the child and in his dictionary there is no lose word.
Man Di called Wu Tong to meet at her neighbourhood coffee shop. Man Di give Wu Tong a check and a lawyer business card and told her that she need to change her lawyer if she want to win. Wu Tong ask her why Man Di is helping her, Man Di reply that it's because Wu Tong is a mother and since they were all grownups did they need to say it that clearly nevertheless is Wu Tong win this case then that mean she also win. Wu Tong accept her help for recommending the lawyer but turn down the cheque.
Man Di then call Xiang Jun (Denny Huang) on her movie set, that she had do what he told her (recommending him to Wu Tong) and she joke around saying that she think he will never call her again. Xiang Jun then say it's like she's the victim where in fact she's the one who want to broke up with him that time. Xiang Jun invite Man Di to attend his party that night.
Zhong Mou visit Tong Tong kindergarden looking for Tong Tong, only to be informed by the teacher that actually she's going to call Tong Tong mother since Tong Tong faced with trouble. The other child mother yell at Tong Tong how can he hit other people at such a young age, and this is what happened when a woman give birth but no father teaching. Zhong Mou come at the right time and yell that though there's no father teaching that there's no need for her to teach.. Zhong Mou then introduce himself as Tong Tong father only for Tong Tong to say that he's not his father since his father were at magic school. Zhong Mou ask what happened and Tong Tong say that the other children hit him first by saying that he did not have father. Zhong Mou say that ow it's what a well teach child would say, and the parent counterattack by saying well after all they were children mouth fighting is not something extraordinary and hitting someone first is just not right. Zhong Mou than say that heroes should be responsible of their doings and told Tong Tong to apologise for hitting his classmates, and told the other children to apologise as well so in the future they can still be friend.
Then the other teacher bring in a newspaper, probably with Zhong Mou photo, and the principle thank's Zhong Mou as he have heard from assistant Li that Zhong Mou will invest a library, the other children mother suddenly feel impressed.. The principle ask how can he show thankfulness on behalf of the school. Zhong Mou say be thankful that his son come and study at this kindergarden.
Tong Tong impressed with Zhong Mou Bentley, when Zhong Mou told Tong Tong to go in Tong Tong say that mom say he should not go with strangers. Zhong Mou ask how can they be strangers when they have meet at the hospital and just now, and ask what his father is like in his heart. Tong Tong say that his father is a manly man, and mom told him to grown up like his father to have a good heart and help others, and say that mom told him that daddy went to magic school to help Harry Potter beat bad people.. That moment Zhong Mou is shocked at how Wu Tong describe him, and he say he also can perform a magic trick.. The trick of opening the car trunk (lame trick haha!! but put a smile on my face), with the driver secretly press the button, but nevertheless Tong Tong believe and climb onto the car happily. Zhong Mou told Tong Tong to sit properly and help him fasten his seatbelt, then Tong Tong ask where is he bringing him to and told Zhong Mou to send him back since mommy will be worried about him..
Zhong Mou brought Tong Tong to the park to disinfect his wound from fighting, at first Tong Tong run away from the thought, but Zhong Mou ask if he's afraid of applying medicine. Tong Tong say no but not sure himself, Zhong Mou say that heroes should not afraid of applying medicine just like Harry Potter. Zhong Mou press the antiseptic solution against the wound that results in Tong Tong screaming and saying if mommy were the one to apply it then it will not feel painful and he wipe it off gently. Zhong Mou ask if he think his fist is hard, Tong Tong say yes and Zhong Mou hit it with his, and told him that the real clever people do it with their brain not their fist and if they have to use their first they should hit the other person till they are unable to stand, that results in Tong Tong scratching his head.
Wu Tong on fire when she learn that Zhong Mou pick Tong Tong, and demand for him to return him. Wu Tong went to the park and smile at the sight of the father-son bonding time only to realise her mistake.
Zhong Mou then told Tong Tong to ask mommy the question he had been asking the whole day, and Tong Tong ask if this uncle is his biological father. At first Wu Tong could not answer, and Zhong Mou say that parents should not lie to their children, and finally she told Tong Tong that indeed he's his father..
At night Tong Tong ask again if that uncle is his father, and Wu Tong nod. Tong Tong say that he's very tall, very handsome and his car very cool only to get her mom smiling and nodding. Tong Tond then ask since daddy is back from magic school why then don't leave together just like other kids family.
That night Wu Tong receive a call from her current lawyer, next morning the lawyer inform her that he's unable to assist her further on the case. Since no one dare to go against Li Zhong Mou and the lawyer firm just recently open, and told her that there is only a few lawyers who dare to take this case and told her to prepare herself mentally.
Devastated, suddenly Wu Tong received a call from Xiang Jun and they agree to meet at a hotel. Xiang Jun look at the information and say that the winning possibilities is very small, since she's affected by postnatal depression and the plaintiff have got evidence, also since she's a single mother her income is the biggest pitfall. Xiang Jun ask is she willing to use emergency measure, Wu Tong ask what and Xiang Jun told her to change into a dress and come with him to the party and he will tell her.
At the party, Xiang Jun told her the emergency measure is to tell the judge that, that night Zhong Mou seduce her. When Wu Tong try to escape from Xiang Jun, she accidentally fall into the swimming pool. On her way home, she's being sexually harassed by two male and Zhong Mou witness it. Zhong Mou send Wu Tong home and ask her what she want. Wu Tong told him once again that she's not selling his son, Tong Tong come down and witness the fight only to retreat bit by bit almost hit by a motorbike but Zhong Mou throw himself over to protect Tong Tong and in the process injure his arm. Tong Tong realise and drag his father home to apply medicine.
At the end Wu Tong help Zhong Mou to apply the antiseptic solution why Tong Tong blow the wound, when Zhong Mou leaving he told Wu Tong that he like the child and he can give her anything she wants. Tong Tong ask if he will be coming tomorrow, and Zhong Mou say he will.
Wu Tong flash back to Xiang Jun advise but then remember how Zhong Mou throw himself to protect Tong Tong. Wu Tong woke up with a cough as Zhong Mou came, only to realise Tong Tong is in the kitchen as the stove catches fire. Zhong Mou come into rescue, and ask why Tong Tong is in the kitchen playing with fire, only for Tong Tong to reply that he's making plain congee. Wu Tong is mad at first since when she need to eat congee, only for Tong Tong to show concern that since every time he's sick mommy always cook congee and this time he want to take care of mommy.. And this did melt Zhong Mou heart a bit at their affection for each other (at least that's my perception)
Wu Tong return to her room, and Tong Tong told Zhong Mou that he ever meet him before but did not remember where but he still remember what he looks like. Then they rush in to Wu Tong room when they heard her collapse. Wu Tong told him that she have hypoglycaemia, and Tong Tong come in with a piece of candy. Wu Tong then told Tong Tong to eat a piece of candy and in a moment she will go out and buy food for him, and that earn her a long speech from Zhong Mou. After ransacking the fridge Zhong Mou can only find two milk cartoon, Zhong Mou offer her a cup of water while Tong Tong offer her medicine. Zhong Mou told Wu Tong to rest and he will look over Tong Tong.
Tong Tong finally remember where he saw daddy, and pull up a tin box. Inside many newspaper clippings of Zhong Mou, a blank cheque, and a diary during pregnancy, that curve a smile on Zhong Mou face.
Wu Tong woke up to a table full of food, when suddenly the house owner come and told her to move within a week and she will compensate her 5times. At the same time Zhong Mou and Wu Tong return only to be accused by Wu Tong that it's Zhong Mou doings. Zhong Mou ask if she got prove and she say why did she need prove when law firms turn down her case and her company stop using her because they were afraid of him.
Zhong Mou told Jian Dong to look who's behind the house owner doing, and hope that it's not her. Jian Dong ask if it's Li Mom, only to gain discerning look from Zhong Mou..
Wu Tong being called to office, and the manager announce during meeting that Wu Tong will be the new group leader. Something fishy....
Thoughts:
Well basically I love this drama is how the more they interact with each other the more they are in pain. Like Zhong Mou he's describe by many people as a cold-hearted person who can use any means to get what he wants, and somehow I feel he's inflicted by Wu Tong. Because now he think twice and he can now feel the affection of Wu Tong and Tong Tong that he never feel with his mother.. Well there's a old saying that say the harder the outer appearance look the softer the inside. Zhong Mou is inflicted by pain from his childhood throughout adulthood at how both of his parent treat him., and after seeing WT-TT he finally know at least in this world there's still pure affection. And well he's one hella awesome daddy....
The boss and the manager congratulate Wu Tong for becoming team leader, the manager say that for the time being she's fired it will be count as paid leave because of her performance along her employment, and told her that her salary will be increased by 20%. The boss hand over a big client under Wu Tong care, and it's Liang Construction. Wu Tong say with her experience it's impossible for her to persuade them, and the boss told her with her ability it's impossible but with her connection it's possible. The boss then told her that Director Liang is the one who recommend Wu Tong, Wu Tong is surprised at the news and she's told to prepare document to bring to the golf course tomorrow to meet with director Liang.
Wu Tong went to the golf course, but only till Zhong Mou arrive that Director Liang want to talk with Wu Tong. Wu Tong then feel that Director Liang have ulterior motives and he even did not look at the document. Wu Tong feel asleep at the lounge area, Zhong Mou seat nearby, until Xiang Jun came and somehow someone is jealous or what..? HAHA!! Xiang Jun order hot water for Wu Tong, and Wu Tong spill the hot water over her hand and excuses herself to the bathroom when Director Liang PA came and call Zhong Mou. Zhong Mou then ask for burn cream, and Xiang Jun come and say that they have not meet for quite awhile. Zhong Mou say there are some people who for life no need to meet, but Xiang Jun say that well God want it differently since he will represent Wu Tong at the court.
Xiang Jun stand in front of the toilet to ask personal question. Xiang Jun ask that time when she's pregnant with Zhong Mou child why she did not tell him and after all these year she let him know, is it because she want bigger benefits like money, position, power and etc. Zhong Mou eavesdrop this conversation, Wu Tong say she did not want to discus something that have no connection with the case, but Xiang Jun resonate with her so that he can understand Zhong Mou point of view. Wu Tong say that he's her hope, and told him to think what ever the way he like. Zhong Mou angry and throw the burn cream..
Jian Dong then told Zhong Mou that it's Li Mom who's behind the House wonder doing. Also Wu Tong and Xiang Jun never know each other before this case and Jian Dong think that Xiang Jun is the one who initiate to help her. Zhong Mou say the Xiang Jun is just going against him. Zhong Mou then plan to spend lunch hour to go to the kindergarden to have lunch with Tong Tong.
Xiang Jun then told Wu Tong that Zhong Mou is someone who never had intention to marry, and Man Di is his first publicly recognise girlfriend, but Man Di did not want to have children since she's young and Zhong Mou is very busy with his work so he did not want the kid. Therefore everyone is waiting to ridicule him from bringing illegitimate child issue into spotlight by going through lawsuit. Xiang Jun then told Wu Tong that they need to utilise the sympathy card to win over the judge and jury hearts.
Zhong Mou have picnic at the kindergarden playground with Tong Tong and Ke Ke, then Man Di called him and remind him to bring her along next time and inform him that she have party to attend therefor she will not have dinner with him.. During the conversation Tong Tong ask Jian Dong how he come out.. Jian Dong then say that his status is very complicated since that night his father drink too much and mommy come and look for daddy.. Then Tong Tong ask daddy if it's because he and mommy play fire (affection) too big that's why he's here.. and Jian Dong earn a glaring eye..
Jian Dong then explain himself it's because Tong Tong ask him why daddy and mommy fight everyday and if they did not like each other how come they have him.. HAHA!! Zhong Mou then told Jian Dong to call the company HR to inform them that he will not be having any yearly holiday for 5years.
At last the final hearing, during the break the reporter gossip around at how playboy is Zhong Mou, because of illegitimate son open a lawsuit, then having celebrity girlfriend attendance at the court. Then Zhong Mou were very angry at Man Di attendance at the court, because people can easily misunderstood and think that he's playboy just like the rumours. Zhong Mou then ask why she can stay at his side, it is because she's pretty claver and if the person beside him become stupid then that person can disappears from his side quickly.
During the break, each side discuss their tactics to win more points. Xiang Jun told Wu Tong that act pitiful is their last resort and use her tears as her last weapon. On the other hand Zhong Mou lawyer told him to handover the evidence or it will have a big disadvantage towards them if it continue to fight like this because the judge is a woman. The lawyer ask why should he hesitate if his only wish is to win the lawsuit. Finally Zhong Mou hand over his handphone.
Xiang Jun ask Wu Tong if during her postnatal depression she's completely unable to take care of her child, Wu Tong say no every few days she will bring him home but because her mental is unstable she did not dare to interact for a long time. There is once when she came home seeing him smile at her she also smile, her friend ask her why she choose the hard way that even her parents could not understand, but then Tong Tong is the only one who encourage her to keep walking down. There is one time where she really want to hug him but before she can reach him, he fall from his baby crib and when he fall to the ground her heart almost stop beating and she rush him to the ER and she kneel down and beg the God to save her child and like her prayer being heard he recover quickly. Everyone is moved by Wu Tong story including Zhong Mou. Wu Tong say that he's the only hope for her to continue living, and these 4 years she never one day leave her child, and beg for consideration.
Xiang Jun continue with his question, when she's pregnant she's still an undergraduate student is there any expression by plaintiff. Wu Tong say there is, and it's for her to forget that night. Xiang Jun then say that someone who never want to bear responsibility, an illegitimate child who never get father love how can he give the right care to a child who he never wants. Zhong Mou say it's because he never get the love from a father that's why he did not wish his child to be under illegitimate child shadow, as he want his child to stand proudly under his care.
Xiang Jun then ask how can someone who never know what is love help this child grow up healthily. Zhong Mou say:
"Based on what ground for opposite lawyer to judge that I did not understand how to love, family love is not something out of context, but then in some people fate that love is what one could wish for, though they want to love but only to be turn down and being gave up, but because today I'm faced with my biological son that's why I shall appreciate it as a personal favour. And today fighting over child custody every one eyes will fall upon a vulnerable lady overflowing with tears. I want to ask everybody just because someone appearance look strong and a father who never drop a tears, is it really that their heart never hurt? Just because I'm Li Zhong Mou who never get fatherly love, therefore I swear that I want my son forever under fatherly love and protection to grow up."
Zhong Mou lawyer say that his client is not aware of the birth of the child therefore the accusation by the defendant lawyer that Zhong Mou for being irresponsible should not exist, the lawyer show new evidence that Wu Tong cannot take a good care of the child, by the stove catching fire incident, and at Wu Tong drunken state and dressing inappropriately on the street that results in people thinking she's to drink along with woman..

Well I guess when Wu Tong say that he's my hope, she's talking about Tong Tong. As he's her hope to continue living and well Zhong Mou misunderstand it and thinking he's her hope to lead a better live (used him to her benefit).. Aww I just love this drama...
Zhong Mou lawyer say that the child himself have accepted Zhong Mou as his father and has accepted him, and say that with Wu Tong circumstances the child cannot grow healthily and ask for the custody to be hand over to Zhong Mou.
During the 40min break to determine the final verdict, Xiang Jun ask Wu Tong is she had been toying with him and ask how come she never know that those evidence exist. Zhong Mou glare at Wu Tong on how she utilise her pitiful situation as a bait that many man will fall for, and say that he's very naive thinking that money is nothing for her only to realise that she's making bait to catch big fish.
The final verdict is being ruled out as Zhong Mou having full custody over Tong Tong. Wu Tong at lost as the result is being ruled out, Zhong Mou announce that he had won over the custody and therefore it will be very hard for her to meet Tong Tong again, when Zhong Mou try to walk out from the room he earn a slap from Wu Tong.
Xiang Jun then told Wu Tong that he finally understand why Wu Tong dare to go against Zhong Mou when many other man did not, it's because a mother love can do anything to protect their child. And her motherly love not only had him won over but also many others heart and it's not the end they still got chance and told Wu Tong to believe in him again.
Mei Ling console Wu Tong, telling her to speak with Zhong Mou since taking Tong Tong is equal in taking her life. Mei Ling also remind Wu Tong to stand up again, since she cannot be in devastated state forever for the sake of Tong Tong. Tong Tong ask mommy why her eyes all red, only to be told by Wu Tong that small insect flies in that causes her eyes redness. Tong Tong blow, and told mommy that next time if it happened again he will blow it for mommy and the pain will go away.
Back at Li mansion, Li mom is looking for new kindergarden to accommodate Tong Tong, only to be remind by Zhong Mou that Tong Tong is a human though they might have won over his body but they have to think of ways for them to win over his heart, and remind her that no matter what Wu Tong is Tong Tong mother and she should accept this fact and told her not to use the old method that she use on Zhong Mou on Tong Tong again.
That night, Wu Tong ask Tong Tong what he would like to be when he grow up, and only to be answered as liberation army so that he can protect mommy. Wu Tong then told Tong Tong to remember that mommy love him very much.
Xiang Jun told Wu Tong that tomorrow is the day she should hand over Tong Tong custody and no matter what step they take next she should hand Tong Tong over.
Zhong Mou pick Tong Tong up, and Wu Tong see this from her hiding spot. When Zhong Mou car leaving she run chase the car. Finally Zhong Mou told the driver to stop and pull over, Tong Tong run and hug mommy asking why she's running chasing after their car. When Zhong Mou going to explain that the court have give him the custody, Wu Tong explain it in a way a child would understand. Wu Tong ask Tong Tong if he remembers where daddy went before, and if he remember the wish he make on his birthday. Wu Tong then told Tong Tong that this time mommy is going to magic school and let daddy take care of him. Tong Tong then ask when is she going to return, and she reply that she will return when she learn all the magic, and she Tong Tong when she's gone and he miss her he should sleep and then mommy will visit him in his dream and told him to eat well and listen to daddy words.
During the ride home, Zhong Mou told Tong Tong to say less word in front of Grandma, but Tong Tong say mommy teach him to speak straight forwards so people know what he's thinking. Tong Tong then ask what is Gma, Zhong Mou explain that it's his mother and his family. Tong Tong say his family is only his mother, and Zhong Mou ask where's Gma & Gpa from Wu Tong side. Tong Tong say he never meet them, and mommy only say that he will meet them when he's older.
At Li mansion, Zhong Mou show Tong Tong his room full of toys. Tong Tong say he's very happy since it's very beautiful and the room itself is even bigger than his house and if mommy were to see it she will be very happy. Only for the conversation to be overheard by Li Mom, that he's Li grandson so he got nothing to do with that woman, and he should learn the fact early so that he can accept it. When Zhou Mou try to stop the conversation, Li Mom grab Tong Tong hand telling him that he will be staying with her and mom will not come here again. And of course Tong Tong is making fuss and crying of how he want mommy and want to go home. Li Mom shout that he should be locked inside his room because he's thoughtless.
Inside the tent, Tong Tong demand for mommy and to go home, Zhong Mou then explain to him that the court has his custody handed to him, Tong Tong as what is court and when Zhong Mou try to explain what it is, Tong Tong say he did not care and only want mommy since mommy is the one who love him very much and never lie to him. Finally Zhong Mou say then he will discuss with the magic school to see if they can let mommy finish her course faster. Well Tong Tong finally come out from the tent, but then cry again when he told daddy to perform magic and he can't, well daddy get hit by his small fist several times.
Wu Tong being knock down by a purse thieve, that result in sprain ankle and loss consciousness. After Tong Tong non stop crying, Zhong Mou finally have no choice but to call Wu Tong, only to be informed that Wu Tong is injured and on her way to the hospital.
Zhong Mou arrive at the patient ward, trying to wake her up but stop when he saw her in deep sleep. Zhong Mou wait at the corner, only to be woke up by Wu Tong pain scream he witness how Wu Tong assure herself that she's fine before she tumble over. Zhong Mou help her, then a doctor come and say that though she need to stay another night for further test but he believe Zhong Mou can look after her. Wu Tong ask why he's here and her problem got nothing to do with him, Zhong Mou say that the room she's using is from his donation and on what right did she have to say no. Wu Tong ask where is he bringing her to, and she immediately stand up and walk when Zhong Mou mention to meet Tong Tong.
On their way back, Zhong Mou say he's taking a step back because she's his mother and told her to her to kill any thoughts that the result will change and told her to keep her mouth shut or forever she will never meet Tong Tong again.
Wu Tong can't walk properly, finally Zhong Mou gave up and carry her towards Tong Tong room. At first Wu Tong struggle to free herself but then enjoy the view of Zhong Mou. Finally Tong Tong reunite with Wu Tong, Wu Tong ask why Tong Tong is crying and he say that Gma told him that Mommy did not want him anymore. Wu Tong say he misunderstand Gma and it's not what Gma truly means since how can mommy not want her.. Tong Tong ask when can he go home, and Wu Tong say that this is his house. Finally bed time stories for Tong Tong, it's about Harry Potter vs Voldemort.
Man Di and Xiang Jun meet over a restaurant, and Man Di say she attend the final hearing so that Zhong Mou marks will be cut down but still Xiang Jun loose. Xiang Jun ask he's surprised as why she's afraid of a little child, since they only represent relatives and it can never replace the love between the two. Man Di ask how can he be so sure that she cannot be a good mother, and Xiang Jun ask if she's happy with Zhong Mou. Man Di ask if he wants her to feel regret, Xiang Jun say though she rarely show it but reminds her as her ex then when she's not covered all over with cuts and bruises it's better that she brake up with him first..
Early in the morning, Chen ye ye (house butler) escort Wu Tong out and hand her an envelope filled with cash and told her that it's her fee for last night. Wu Tong turn down the money saying how can she accept it when it's her own child and throw the money when the butler force her to take the money and when she see Zhong Mou standing on the balcony. Zhong Mou return to Tong Tong room only to see Tong Tong hugging the pillow tightly.
Mei Ling on frantic mode looking for Wu Tong only to see she injured herself and ask where she had been. Wu Tong told Mei Ling that since Tong Tong is not adjusted to the new place she went to accompany him, which results in Mei Ling questioning why she return so early. The drivers then explain that since Tong Tong have settle down so for the time being Wu Tong presence is not needed. And it set Mei Ling on fire, yelling at the the driver what do they take Wu Tong as calling her midnight and send her home early in the morning, and yell so rich people is human and the poor ones were not human. Wu Tong cry and hug Mei Ling asking what will happened to her in the future without Tong Tong. Mei Ling told her to be strong and to stand up again since she can still meet Tong Tong in the future.
Xiang Jun find Wu Tong at a drunken state, telling him that Tong Tong is her everything. Xiang Jun stop Wu Tong from drinking more by telling her to be strong and they still have the chance to win. Xiang Jun brought Wu Tong to his pad. The next morning Wu Tong shocked to find herself wearing man blouse, and Xiang Jun joke around saying how can she forget everything and then told her that nothing happened between them since she's completely drunk and she trow up a tub full.. Xiang Jun then give a word of encouragement telling her "Many things if failed can be redone but one they brand themselves as loser then no one can help them. No matter how much you torture yourself the result will not change. When you slump people will think it's the right choice to hand over the custody so you should live you life then maybe you can still win visitation right or even the custody." Finally Wu Tong say she will live her life and work..
On their way to work, Wu Tong say that she will still pay the lawyer fees on instalment thought Xiang Jun say there's no need to since they lost the case. Wu Tong arrive at her work place only to pick Zhong Mou phone telling her that Tong Tong is gone..
Wu Tong and Xiang Jun went to Li mansion only to be kick out by Li Mom telling her that she have no rights of Tong Tong anymore and since she have recognise Tong Tong as Li grandson she will take care and teach him so there's no need for her to worry. Only for Zhong Mou to come into rescue, then Li Mom say that this would be Wu Tong plan so she could get benefit out of the situation, only for Xiang Jun to be the witness that Tong Tong and Wu Tong never meet since he's with her all night long, picking on Zhong Mou as well.. Finally Zhong Mou say there are two possibility one is that Tong Tong went back secretly to find Wu Tong or the second one... before pulling Wu Tong out of the mansion. Li Mom say hanging around with that kind of girl, and Xiang Jun say what kind of girl isn't she the same. Li Mom told Xiang Jun to be polite since she's elder, Xiang Jun say with age she might be but it will not change the fact that she have no right to teach her and told her that though Zhong Mou might have snatch the Xiang Project Zhong Mou will never be his match on relationship, and told her that both mother and son is a loser on relationship matter before walking out.
Finally Zhong Mou told Wu Tong that the second possibilities is for Tong Tong to be kidnap since his face is all over the media so asking for ransom is not impossible. Wu Tong break down saying this have never before and why would he snatch Tong Tong for her, Zhong Mou say it's another possibilities but it's more likely for Tong Tong to find her secretly. Jian Dong then update the two that he have go through street and lane from kindergarden to Wu Tong House but did not see Tong Tong only to hear from the news stand seller that Tong Tong indeed pass through the street which is to Wu Tong place.
After looking for Tong Tong at the park to no avail, Zhong Mou offer Wu Tong bento telling her to eat it up or not she will collapse before finding Tong Tong. Wu Tong eat it but then break down before Zhong Mou console her, Wu Tong ask if Tong Tong is being kidnap he will give the ransom to save his son but Zhong Mou did not answer. Li Mom call and ask if there have found Tong Tong, Zhong Mou told her that if they still cannot find Tong Tong by midnight they he will report it to the police, but Li Mom told him not to do so after he just get the custody. Xiang Jun then called asking for their condition, before someone seems...... jealous perhaps?
Xiang Jun then consult with someone, asking what is the biggest possibility, and the person told him that it will be someone seeking for ransom or revenge. Xiang Jun then say if it's ransom then the have pick the wrong opponent since if they get the money they will not enjoy it, so it's more likely to be revenge. The person also told Xiang Jun that the person who leak about the illegitimate son matter is Zhao Gu Hua.. CLICK..
Xiang Jun wait in front of Wu Tong complex before telling her that Tong Tong being illegitimate matter is being leak by Zhao Gu Hua and when people do too many bad things they will get their due punishment. Zhong Mou told Xiang Jun that this is his family matter and it got nothing to do with outsiders, only to be corrected buy Xiang Jun that he's their lawyer and he have rights to protect after his client.
Finally Zhong Mou get a call from Li Mom that someone call asking for 1Million USD. Zhong Mou instruct to report to police, but Li Mom say it's better giving them the money since they can afford it, but not Zhong Mou since then everyone will come and ask for money. Wu Tong heard it, and ask if he will give them the money, since money is nothing for reach people like him and when Zhong Mou say no, Wu Tong franticly shout not, he know he's heartless but how can he not save his own son and asking him why would he want to win over the custody so bad if he did not want to save and ask if he's using Tong Tong as a tool to get revenge over her. Zhong Mou told her though he's heartless he will not use his own son, Wu Tong say then fine if he's not going to save Tong Tong since she will and she take out the blank cheque and say that he owe her. Zhong Mou say he price is not small, and once she get the cheque she will have no rights to meet Tong Tong anymore.. Wu Tong say anything so that Tong Tong can come back safely.
Zhong Mou then told Jian Dong to report to the police, and to take care of the media not to report the issue. The police come and wire Li mansion phone. Zhong Mou and Li Mom have different point of view on how to sort this matter. Finally Zhong Mou told Jian Dong that the possibilities for Tong Tong to be kidnap is very small based on his instinct HAHA!! because it had been almost half a month and why it's now when there's so many opportunity.
Butler Chen, told Zhong Mou that Li mom did not want to eat and told him to persuade her since she worry about Tong Tong very much and remind him that Li mom mouth is as sharp as knife but heart as soft as tofu.. Zhong Mou brought the food, and Li mom told him that he should bring Tong Tong back home since he's her only grandchildren and she did not want anything to happen to him from such a young age.. Zhong Mou told her that this is something he's not familiar with but nevertheless promise that the three of them will reunite again, and told her to eat as a method of helping..
Finally the kidnapper called again telling him to prepare 1million USD and for the mom to send the money tomorrow, police cannot tell where the phone originated from since it's very short.

Well if I'm Zhong Mou and seeing how Wu Tong react when he say he will not give the ransom I will also think that she is the one who kidnap Tong Tong and also asking for ransom.. So do you think Tong Tong being kidnap?
Zhong Mou told Wu Tong that the kidnapper want her as the middle man but it's very dangerous, Wu Tong say she will even though they want her life as long as Tong Tong is safe and sound.
Wu Tong follow the kidnapper instruction on where to dump the money, after quite sometime Wu Tong still haven't return and Zhong Mou panic and come into rescue. The kidnapper strangle Wu Tong neck when she did not want to hand the money before seeing Tong Tong. Zhong Mou then save Wu Tong and the 2 fight.., until the police come and it's non other than Zhao Gu Hua.. He's under arrest, but after thorough interrogation the police finally rule out that Zhao Gu Hua did not kidnap the child he only what to have revenge while milking some money.
Zhong Mou send Wu Tong home, Wu Tong thank's him for what he did today and walk to her room. On his way out, Zhong Mou heard Wu Tong crying and come console her that nothing bad will happened since they have make sure that Tong Tong is not being kidnap and told her to think where Tong Tong will normally go when he's afraid. Wu Tong say they have look everywhere possible, and something pass her mind.. Hiding.. Wu Tong run and trip over at the staircase and saw Tong Tong toy parts. Zhong Mou then see the building top floor and suggest going there. At the rooftop Wu Tong break down because they basically have looked everywhere, and Zhong Mou almost hug her he see Tong Tong sleeping behind barrel.
Tong Tong hug Wu Tong crying calling out Mommy non stop.. Finally they go down, she encourage Tong Tong not to be afraid but when it's her turn she's afraid to go down because it's too high and Zhong Mou help her..
After they finish their dinner, they finally put Tong Tong to bed. Wu Tong then ask if Tong Tong can stay with her for several days and say what if next time something like this happened again how can she live, but Zhong Mou told her this thing will never happened again and nothing will change. Wu Tong say she will go though lawsuit again, and Zhong Mou say that after all this mess they go through how can she be so selfish what if next time she got work to do where will she put Tong Tong, and told her that it's better for Tong Tong to go with him since he will be the successor of Li Group. Zhong Mou then told her she can state her price and he will give it to her, and she can start her new family and it's better for all of them since Tong Tong will not have step-father and he will know that Zhong Mou is his only family. Wu Tong say one day Zhong Mou will also lead a new family, and have his own children and Tong Tong will have step-mother, but Zhong Mou reply straight forward that he had no plan to marry or start a new family. Wu Tong give a sign of relief only to ask how can he be so sure when he love someone deeply, but before he can reply Tong Tong wake up.
Wu Tong then realise that Tong Tong have a fever, Tong Tong did not want to go to hospital so Wu Tong sort it out.., while waiting for the mercury thermometer reading Wu Tong sing a song, and Zhong Mou break into small smile.. *so am I* Wu Tong say Tong Tong fever is not that high and it can be cured at home, he's sick maybe because he's outside for quite awhile while the wind blow so hard and eat too much..
The next day Zhong Mou woke up from the sofa, when he try to sit up he accidentally knock the dustbin and see the pregnancy diary that Wu Tong have thrown away, which he pockets.. Seeing Wu Tong and Tong Tong sleeping, he then finally thinks that though many say that Tong Tong have his eyes but when looked carefully his mouth represents Wu Tong.. Wu Tong woke up and say that Tong Tong fever has gone down and he need to eat something plain, before shocked at her own reflection.. Wu Tong mumbles to herself saying "How can people say woman waking up appearance is the cutest when it's clearly the most horrifying.." hahaha!!
Zhong Mou then forcefully bring Tong Tong to his house, and Li mom angrily ask if he's going to spoil this child.. Tong Tong should be reached to be strong and need a strict teaching like Zhong Mou, because that's what make Zhong Mou like today.. Zhong Mou told Li Mom to stop it since Tong Tong is still you and did not understand the world she's talking about, but promise to send Tong Tong to Li mansion in 2days. Li Mom then told Zhong Mou that she have instruct the lawyer to block any lawsuit for visitation rights and they need clear ending. Zhong Mou ask if there is any need for it..
Wu Tong meet with Xiang Jun at the law firm, she say that she have think thoroughly and because of her friend (Xiang Jun) encouragement she plan to stand up once again.. Xiang Jun they say that last time Zhong Mou block the visitation rights because of her postnatal depression and if they can make the doctor state that Wu Tong condition is stable they can be granted visitation right, not only visitation right but also the custody again if they can show that the child want to be with the mother. Wu Tong then finally told him that she have straightened out her thinking that it's better for Tong Tong future for him to go with Zhong Mou and she will be satisfied if she can be granted weekend visitation.
On her way out Wu Tong told Xiang Jun that she know winning over Director Liang is very hard since she's very sure that she's being used so that Director Liang can keep contact with Zhong mow, but nevertheless she will not give up on this case no matter how hard it is because she need this job and as a mother..
Zhong Mou brought Tong Tong to the office, he transform one of the room to a playground.. Tong Tong then ask daddy where had mommy been, because mommy told him that if he sleep then mommy will come to his dream.. Zhong Mou then told him that mommy is very busy helping Harry Potter in fighting bad people and ask if it's okay if he come to his dream.. Tong Tong say that his dream is very small so daddy don't come and stuff with mommy..
Man Di ask for permission to play with Tong Tong.. Man Di promise Tong Tong to bring him somewhere more fun than amusement park... Man Di told Zhong Mou not to worry she will look after Tong Tong...
Man Di end up bringing Tong Tong to her movie set, they play around happily. Man Di sent Zhong Mou their photo and he smile at the sight. That night the three of them end up in front of the green screen studio, Man Di give Tong Tong Harry Potter hardback with signature. The end of the day Man Di tuck Tong Tong in bed and earn her a kiss from Tong Tong. Man Di apologise for the place to be so simple, but Zhong Mou say it's fine being simple what's important is their effort/thoughts. Zhong Mou then told her that nowadays she even act like a very good mother. Man Di say that every woman is born with motherly love capacity it's just that someone never give her the chance to show, and that earn her make out with Zhong Mou. Zhong Mou say he will give her more chance to act a good mother, moreover the HP novel she gave Tong Tong is in english he also did not understand so she should come when she's free to read it for Tong Tong.
Zhong Mou told Jian Dong to cut the crap, and Jian Dong told him that the picture of the three of them is just perfect but that earn him half a year no weekend holiday.. Jian Dong then inform him that summon letter for visitation rights appeal has arrive. Zhong Mou told Jian Dong to represent him at the hearing.
Xiang Jun play the recording of Tong Tong at the rooftop last time, Wu Tong also apologise for slapping Zhong Mou and Jian Dong accept the apologies on behalf of Zhong Mou, and the judge say that the child need his mother to grow up healthily so Wu Tong is granted visitation rights on the weekend. The judge announce that if Zhong Mou is not happy he can appeal again.
Wu Tong ask Xiang Jung what if Zhong Mou did not accept the order and appeal again, Xiang Jun assure her that it's very hard to change the result unless they get new evidence. Xiang Jun want to celebrate for winning, but Wu Tong say she only ask for half day leave but promise to celebrate it that night.
Jian Dong break the news, Zhong Mou then told him to call the company, and Jian Dong told him that he have told the company that he won't be having any yearly leave for 5years. Zhong Mou then say it's something he say himself, *HAHA!! just love this two*, Zhong Mou want to company not to arrange any schedule from 7-9am.
Jian Dong: are you going to sign the paper?
Zhong Mou: wait till monday (that day friday).
Jian Dong: I know, you actually don't care about visitation rights, but care on how she study from you using recording as evidence. When I heard that recording I was quite shock, judge being moved is not strange. Zhong Mou, you should actually let her know that you are not cool-blooded person.

Zhong MOu: The first time I meet her at the hospital I totally could not recall her at all, until she use an accident that let me meet Tong Tong. Why when she's pregnant she did not come and look for me, why after full 5yrs suddenly show up. Do you really think she did not have any plan? Actually I also hope that she did not.
Xiang Jun and Zhong Mou cross path at parking area. Xiang Jun ask if he's unfamiliar with the taste of loosing but after awhile he will get used to it since he will snatch one by one things that is important for him. Zhong Mou say he only step back because of Tong Tong and told Xiang Jun if they want his things better see if they have that capability to snatch it. Zhong Mou say "I Li Zhong Mou have no interest on other people things, annoying people, I would let them disappear from my sight ASAP." Xiang Jun say of course he know his tricks, he have study those on how Zhong Mou use high trick to snatch away his own father project, and then using it on a pitiful mother and snatch her son.
Jian Dong say how Zhong Mou actually take a step back when all think he's heartless, because he could not see Tong Tong and Wu Tong totally separated.. Awww..
Wu Tong work throughout the night, and totally forget that she have appointment with Xiang Jun. The two end up at the bar, Wu Tong ask him why he hate Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun say he's heartless and everything so what can he like about him. Wu Tong say but every mouth say he's a genius. Jian Dong went to the very same club and see both of them. At the dance floor, Wu Tong ask Xiang Jun what kind of person Zhong Mou is, and Xiang Jun how can she not know what kind of person he is when she had his child. Xiang Jun then guess if it's one night stand, and say that it's very cool. Wu Tong then tell her story, 7yrs years ago when she's a 2nd yr student their case study is based on Li Group and when they heard Zhong Mou name they could not help but to nod their head, then she ask Xiang Jun if he believe at love on first sight.
Wu Tong then flash back at an accident site where a man is sandwiched under a van, she try to gather help but everyone is unwilling until Zhong Mou come and chant energetically that they can finally save the man. Then Wu Tong get an opportunity to become an intern at Li group, and then in three months time there's a student training course which can let her meet him. Finally the two agree on how to repay the lawyer fee, that Wu Tong come and clean up his house.
Man Di read Wu Tong pregnancy diary, and the last pay say "Li Zhong Mou thank you forgiving me this life." Zhong Mou drag Man Di out, and Man Di say she heard that he lost the visitation rights but it's not a big deal since Tong Tong like her and after sometime he will not need Wu Tong anymore, and it's even better if they can have new friend (siblings). Well everything go like what Man Di plan only to be interrupted by a phone call that Tong Tong is throwing tantrum. Man Di decide to tag along since Tong Tong listen to her words.
Man Di turn sour at how angry Zhong Mou was. Zhong Mou knock the door telling Tong Tong to open the door, Tong Tong crying while saying he wants mommy and did not want daddy.. To no avail, finally Man Di try and after two tries Tong Tong come out still saying he want's to meet mommy and push daddy from embracing him, but stop when Man Di told him that she will show him something..

Well I love how Zhong Mou and Jian Dong bicker around it's very cute.. and now we all know after all Zhong Mou is not that type of heartless person people brand him.. Aww Tong Tong don't fall for Man Di..., hiikkss become a cupid for your parents..
Man Di perform a magic trick and produces chocolate, and told Tong Tong that if he want to be like HP then he should not be snivelling. Tong Tong end up sleeping like an angel. Zhong Mou ask when did she learn magic trick and he's in jealous mode when she talk how she practice for her past movie with other actor.
Xiang Jun is told that the lift broke down, so he should take the stairs. Mid-shower a security guard knock his door telling him that there's a lady stuck in the lift and looking for him. Xiang Jun had no choice but to go down and surprised to see Liang Yue Qi stuck inside, at the end Xiang Jun had to piggy back for 19-story high worth of stairs. Xiang Jun ask how isn't she supposed to be in UK, but only to be replied that she book a ticket home immediately when she heard he has return. Zhong Mou, Tong Tong and Wu Tong end up at the amusement park, when Wu Tong snuggle Tong Tong and seeing both of them smiling happily he can't help but to break a smile.. While Tong Tong is away playing, Wu Tong told him that before Tong Tong did not have a father but now after having one he did not have a mother and he's very pitiful. Zhong Mou say she's the one who make Tong Tong did not have a father, and since she's brave enough to bring him up why never tell him 5yrs ago, and Wu Tong can only apologise. Zhong Mou told her she should know why he want to meet her and say he's wrong all this while thinking she's innocent, he cannot believe where she learn from using recording as evidence. Wu Tong say what right did he have when he's also using it to harm her, Zhong Mou say he just want to praise her and he'll send the document signed back to the court. Wu Tong can't help but to be thankful. The three of them play happily, until the skies turn dark. On the marry-go-around, Tong Tong is sleeping and Zhong Mou ask her from the first time he know he have a child she never told him how they meet.
Flashback, Wu Tong attend a party but 2girl next to her table say that Li Zhong Mou won't be coming so better leave. Wu Tong feeling down, but on her way out she saw Zhong Mou.. Wu Tong is being called by the manager, asking how's the progress with Liang Construction. Wu Tong say she could not contact Director Liang, the manager told her that if there's difficulties she should solve it even if there's no difficulties she should look for one and solve it, and reminds her that he did not care about the process he only care about the results. Xiang Jun receive the party invitation, even director Liang called him personally and told him that his father will also be attending. On the other hand Zhong Mou also receive the invitation. Xiang Jun come home to see Wu Tong doing flower arrangement and scare her.. Wu Tong told him that his house is a mess, and Xiang Jun say that he's also a mess how about if she also take care of him. Wu Tong then jokingly ask if he want to taste her slap.. Xiang Jun then ask Wu Tong what will she be doing over the weekend, then ask her if she would like to go with him to the party.. Wu Tong say but if something goes wrong during the party he cannot blame her since she never attend that kind of party. Xiang Jun thank's her and in return he wants to treat her a meal, before Wu Tong receive a phone call from Zhong Mou inviting her for dinner at Li mansion.
Wu Tong come and Li mom is throw a fit at who allows her inside. Zhong Mou then told her that WU Tong can come anytime she like now that she had been granted visitation rights. Li Mom is un happy at how it ends up and want to talk with Wu Tong.

Well I guess Zhong Mou is pretty taken back at the revelation that he had given her a cheque to forget whatever happened that night, when earlier he just accuse her of not telling him that she's pregnant.. One thing I'm curious, IF that time Wu Tong told him that she's pregnant with his child will he still want it? Since he's someone who never want to marry.. I guess we won't have Tong Tong now if she told him back then..
Li Mom tell Wu Tong to tell her price and she will corporate willingly. Li Mom say that every month she have 20k RMB and she send Tong Tong to the best kindergarden in the are and with living cost how much is she left that she can give Tong Tong a good environment to grow up. The party start, and somehow Director Liang, Ye Qi, Wu Tong, Xiang Jun, Man Di, and Zhong Mou end up together. When Wu Tong try to leave, Man Di grab two champagne glass and give one to her asking if she like the wine(?). This glass of wine is concentrated that feels like honey conceal the bitterness. At the start it taste sweet but it immediately taste bitter that surge someone heart. Sweet first then bitter, one bitter one sweet only then you can get happiness. Ms Wu this is your first time attending this kind of party right? No wonder, don't understand no problem in the future engage in more aspect of the society then slowly will understand how to savour wine."

Ye Qi then ask why he always hide from his dad, only to be told by Xiang Jun not to meddle on his family affair.
Wu Tong find Director Liang to talk about the project only to be disturbed by Zhong Mou. Wu Tong then self explain that she came because her manager told her to do so before walking away. Wu Tong stop mid way when Zhong mow told her that tonight she's very pretty. But Xiang Jun come and say too bad since this princess is his girlfriend. Man Di come and ask what are they up to and ask why no one is dancing. Xiang Jun then offer to dance with Man Di. Man Di then ask she's shocked to find his dancing partner is non other than Wu Tong and ask if she's really his girlfriend and if it's because of Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun say Zhong Mou snatch Man Di from him so this would be only fair.
Ye Qi see Xiang Jun and Man Di dancing happily, feeling devastated she ask her self what's up with that guy.. Ye Qi then meet with Wu Tong and ask what is her relationship with Xiang Jun. After telling her that he's her lawyer, she come to the party because they were best friend and she's only helping Xiang Jun. Finally Ye Qi understand why from the list long of girlfriend Xiang Jun pick her as his dance partner.
Ye Qi and Man Di cross path, Ye Qi say that she's not as good as Man Di in dancing since actress is better at studying those things compared to commoner. Man Di say not always it also depends on talents, but remind her that Xiang Jun is not a good dancing partner since he's not focused because there is too much woman waiting to dance with him yet he did not understand how to turn down. Xiang Jun come and the two almost fight, before Li mom and the rest come and ask what they are doing.. Xiang Jun say he's afraid that Li mom will be disappointed seeing that until this time his dad hasn't show up, and told her to wait like how she had always been.
Wu Tong say she feel beed for messing things up, and Xiang Jun say normal men will act like him on that condition. Wu Tong then tell him Zhong Mou will not be that angry if he did not say she's his girlfriend, but Xiang Jun say she's indeed his best girl gender friend. Wu Tong then ask who is Xiang Yi. Xiang Jun pull over and buy a cup of hot beverages, and told Wu Tong that Xiang Jun is his biological father. His mom pass away when he's around 1yrs old, his father is busy with his business and he only got a chance to meet his father once a year which is on his birthday. He's brought up by his paternal grandmother, and when he left to study abroad he never miss home like other kids do. Xiang Jun say he never receive that parents love that's why he never believe in family affection. Wu Tong then remind Xiang Jun that not everything they see is the reality. Wu Tong then tell a story, that long time ago there's a boy who hate his mother very much it's because when he's small grandma is sick and they are very poor and left with a bit of rice to make congee, but what he see is that mom secretly eat it, only after his mom pass away he learn the truth that actually the rice fall into stove ashes and since mom did not want Gma to eat dirty rice and unwilling to waste that's why she eat it herself, just because he never give mom the chance to explain he regret it deeply. Wu Tong then remind him that no matter what their family do, give them a chance to explain also give himself a chance. Xiang Jun thank's her.

Li mom ask Zhong Mou when will he cut his relation with that woman, Zhong Mou say that woman is Tong Tong mother, Li mom say she's not suitable to be come Li group heir mother. Zhong Mou ask what kind of woman suitable to become Li group heir mother. Li mom say she actually wants to matchmake him with Ye Qi at the party but then he ruin the party for fighting with Xiang Jun. Zhong Mou say she's clearer than anyone why all these events happened, and told her to stop pushing all the guilt to a innocent woman. Xiang Jun dad call him and apologise for not attending the part last night and told him that he misses Xiang Jun.
Wu Tong and Tong Tong visit Zhong Mou house. When Wu Tong is leaving, Zhong Mou told her that on the weekend he will go to Tong Tong school to attend the family day. Wu Tong ask if she should follow, Zhong Mou ask the school invite the parents and ask if she's not Tong Tong mother.
Ye Qi surprise Xiang Jun by coming to his workplace, Ye Qi announce that her father is matchmaking her with Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun say he did not care who she's with but remind her to be careful of Zhong Mou.

Family day, the little family wear a matching family clothing. Wu Tong willing to help the man, but Zhong Mou get angry asking what is she doing and told her that these days there is many swindler using this kind of trick. Wu Tong say but in this world there are still a lot of good person, Zhong Mou say there are lot of swindler because of people like her. Wu Tong stop listening to Zhong Mou and help, left with no choice Zhong Mou finally drive them to the hospital.
Wu Tong pay for the medical fee but on loan from Zhong Mou. Zhong Mou ask how she can believe on others easily, Wu Tong say maybe because of her positive personality and for it she live her life more simple and easy. Wu Tong also say that with just now condition it can cost one soul, and Zhong Mou ask what happened if she is being lied. Wu Tong reply then it will only cost them a bit of money, and if they are being lied but the old grandma have no life threatening issue then it is also a good news. Zhong Mou up to this point finally seems a bit relax after his stern annoyed expression. Wu Tong told him that she's not worthy for him to to be like this. Xiang Jun say he will not force her but he just hope that Wu Tong will give him a chance and maybe by sticking to her side looking and caring after her she will slowly put him inside her heart.

Zhong Mou ask if he's that good like he say, Li pay say hundreds of people stand in front of the door asking if it will open or not but the right person will push and come in.
Wedding news is all over, Wu Tong shell shocked.. Li PA told Zhong Mou that he had call all media outlet and from tomorrow onwards there will be no report about them anymore. Zhong Mou then told Li PA to gather all data since he want to invest in a new movie, but the catch is the lead should be Man Di and all the scene should be taken abroad. Zhong Mou called Man Di to meet over dinner. Man Di told her assistant to cancel all her appointment, and say that finally all these year of handwork finally paid off.
Man Di, ask if he heard about the news for the last few days. She say she just want to clear the misunderstanding that's why she held the press conference, but the press interpret it the wrong way and create all this ruckus. Man Di then say that there is one point which is true, she want to get married and she did not care about all the glam the industry offer her. Zhong Mou then order a bootle of expensive wine, and Man Di ask if there is anything to celebrate since he's popping an expensive bottle.
After dinner, they went on a walk. Man Di ask if there's anything he want to say.
Zhong Mou: Let's break up
Man Di: Tell me the reason.
Zhong Mou: I never love you..
Man Di: You never love anyone, if this is the reason then we would have broke up long ago there is no need to wait till now.
Zhong Mou: right, before yes.
Man Di: Who? that announcer? Liang Yue Qi? *gasp* or?
Zhong Mou: I don't like woman who act smart, you underestimate me or overestimate yourself? Scandal, self compose self direct self act, too bad Man Di is a low quality.
Man Di apologise, Man Di ask Zhong Mou for forgiveness since all these two year she never lied to him. Zhong Mou stand on his ground. Man Di finally get it that it's the end and nothing can change his mind before gather herself together. Zhong Mou ask what she wants and he can give him. Man Di then start making her demand, she want 1/3 of the share of the movie subsidiary under Li Group. Zhong Mou say yes and told her that he invest in a new movie that will be shoot abroad and in a short moment someone will contact her. Man Di say even if he did not want to see her anymore his action did not need to be that fast, and told him not to tell the press about them breaking up first since there's a new film and she did not want the interest to be divided.
Zhong Mou go to the set together with Man Di. Man Di ask for last goodbye kiss, Zhong Mou catch on something ask if there's any need for it. Man Di say he's very sharp and nothing can escape his eyes, and threaten him that it's something he owe her. Zhong Mou ask where's the paparazzi and give her a peck. Man Di say hope the woman he like will not get jealous at the gossip. Zhong Mou then say it's not like she did not him, there's nothing that he could not do.

Omg like finally Zhong Mou admit he like Wu Tong though he did not say it explicitly but I take it as a yes.. HAHA!! I love the part where he say ? ??? and the shell-shocked Man Di... What I love from this drama is that it reflect the real world (okay, except the one nightstand thingy), like what Jian Dong or known as Li PA here.. That the harder the shell, the softer the inside. Sometime people act strong or whatever but actually inside they are breaking into tiny pieces. While the one who seem to be week never actually cry or feel like the world going to collapse on them.. So sometimes we should never take things at face value, put ourself at other people shoe first.. --> lesson of the day :)
Coffee table full of magazine with Zhong Mou and Man Di gossip, Wu Tong call Zhong Mou to schedule a meeting for tomorrow morning.
Man Di went to Xiang Jun house, Xiang Jun congratulate her for breaking from a man who did not love her. Man Di say what Xiang Jun told her back then is right, he can give her everything except that one. Man Di finally admit that she's fine as long as she can be Zhong Mou girlfriend and be around him at all times but in the end she really fall in love with him. I pity you Man Di.. Xiang Jun then advice her that this is not the end of the era maybe tomorrow she will meet someone better, but Man Di say she cannot forget therefor she will not give up. Xiang Jun then told her to snatch Zhong Mou back better then she regret.
Wu Tong and Zhong Mou on bfast date. Wu Tong ask if really intend to get married like the newspaper report, Zhong Mou say it's none of her business if he's getting married or not and it's his personal matter that has nothing to do with her. Wu Tong say that it will hinder Tong Tong growth since he will be having new family, Tong Tong will be having step-mom and half brother or/and sister. Zhong Mou flare up and say that if there is any changes in Tong Tong life he himself will inform Wu Tong, and he leave. Piss piss Piss..
Wu Tong colleagues ask if she know any inside info about the gossip surrounding Zhong Mou and Man Di marriage. The one of the colleagues ask if she know who's the girl who attend the Yang Group party last time that make Zhong Mou and handsome lawyer fight and put Man Di on the side. They ask if the girl is even prettier than Man Di.. LOL. A courier deliver Xiang Jun flower bouquet.
Man Di drive in rage, and she see Wu Tong getting on bus and she pick her speed, (I thought she want to hit her) and offer to drive her home. Wu Tong ask if there's any problem, Man Di say it's just that she's in the neighbourhood. Man Di ask where is she going and ask if she's not going to see Tong Tong today. Wu Tong then say she's not in gf-bf kind of relationship with Xiang Jun, and ask Man Di to help her convince Zhong Mou in giving up Tong Tong custody. Man Di say Wu Tong did not truly understand Zhong Mou, though he might seem stiff but there is two important person for him which is her and Tong Tong. Man Di then rub salt in a wound, by saying that there's one time where she feet too close with an actor Zhong Mou got angry and only after days he forgive her, before saying she forget that she's Tong Tong mother, but then continue on saying that Zhong Mou had been demanding for children of their own but promise Wu Tong that she will take care of Tong Tong like her own. Wu Tong get's teary.
Xiang Jun is running on dual mode between the lawyer firm and Xiang Group. They talk about bunch of problems, Xiang Group is in financial crisis since demand of their hotel room have gone down because of other new hotel. Yue Qi called Xiang Jun but only to be brushed of by Xiang Jun, then the uncle told him to be more polite towards Yue Qi maybe in the future they can ask for their help. Xiang Jun nod in approval, he went to the bar with Yue Qi. The two get on the dance floor, before Xiang Jun leave secretly. At the entrance Yue Qi and Li Pa cross path, then her heel stuck on the manhole. Few drunkards trying to molest Yue Qi and Li Pa come to rescue. The two bicker back and forth cutely.
Wu Tong manager get angry and ask how she deal with them and why Yang Group get so angry with him on the phone. Wu Tong say they did not have any interest from the start, the manager then say he did not care how she make them interested and say that she become the head of the team is because he think she got some guts to have a child with someone like Zhong Mou. The manager told the team to be responsible, and Wu Tong resign but demand for her team members not to be drag in since they tried their best.
Xiang Jun and Wu Tong went for a walk, Xiang Jun told her not to be upset over a job. Wu Tong say that it might be only a few thousand for him but it's her everything and it's her only hope to bring Tong Tong back. Xiang Jun say that Wu Tong is a good person, god will help people like her and Tong Tong is her son so he will not go anywhere. Wu Tong say that nothing can replace a person and no one thing cannot be yours forever, and she heard from somewhere that parents-child fate there is only once no matter how many time spend together must cherish it because in next lifetime love or not we'll not meet again and recognise each other. Therefore she want to cherish every moment with Tong Tong.
Wu Tong alarm rang, she think she's late for work rush to the toilet before she remember that she's no longer working. She then take a look at Tong Tong photo wall..
Wu Tong in and out looking for job but not much of a success. Mid day Zhong Mou call Wu Tong to meet, over the restaurant Zhong Mou told Wu Tong to split it out if she wants anything instead of asking Mei Ling to ask him to invest in her company. Zhong Mou is very angry that outsider like Mei Ling know his personal phone numbers. Wu Tong insist that though they were best friend she had no idea, and say that she's not his girlfriend of woman of Li Group so there's nothing of her that can let Mei Ling climb. Zhong Mou remind her to carefully make friends, and WU Tong defence that Mei Ling is the only one who help her when in need.
Xiang Jun visit Wu Tong house and ask for little encouragement (kiss), but Wu Tong just brush it off. Xiang Jun then offer her to work in his office (law firm or Xiang Group), Wu Tong decline politely saying that she did not want people to talk bad things about him and she did not want to use connection to get a job. Xiang Jun then say that she's his girlfriend so there is nothing weird about her helping him out (when did the two start dating? Unsolved mystery). The two settle if she did not find a new work then she'll ask for his help.
Wu Tong comfort Mei Ling, then Mei Ling say that she's 2months pregnant likely with a boy. Mei Ling say that she did not want the child but her husband family had 3generation of boys (haiya what period already still grandson). Wu Tong then told her that she could never forget the good she did when she come to Beijing alone, heavily pregnant, and all the care Mei lin give her, but told her that Zhong Mou say the plan is a big no and he's a business man.
During a meeting, Zhong Mou absent-minded but still he can instruct his employee effectively. The new library that he donate invite him to come for grand opening, coincidentally Yue Qi is there to donate books. On the way home, Tong Tong ask if they can invite Mom over the weekend to play together, Zhong Mou say he got to work and told him to play with mommy. Tong Tong then ask if he can sleepover at Wu Tong house, since Ke Ke (Mei Ling Daughter) miss him so did god mother (Mei ling), and two days ago god-mother promise to cook his favourite meal. Zhong Mou ask what did Mei ling do then, Wu Tong say she bring him chocolates, ask if he's happy at daddy place and ask for telephone number so that she can call him easily when she miss him. Zhong Mou left stunned.. I guess someone realised he's wrong..
Wu Tong go to Li Mansion, Zhong Mou let Tong Tong stay at her house for the weekend.
Xiang Jun is waiting for the two of them with a big box. Xiang Jun give his toy collection to Tong Tong while Wu Tong prepare food. Tong Tong ask if Xiang Jun if he's his mommy boyfriend like what Jian Dong say.. Xiang jun then ask if he will be upset if he's his mom boyfriend and Man Di is his daddy girlfriend, Tong Tong say not since both mommy and daddy always fight and become unhappy after that.. Laughing at that remark..
Xiang Jun then take over in preparing the fish dish, after Tong Tong had enough he left the two behind. Xiang Jun then say he had look at the proposal though it is not profitable but Chuang Mei have to have new investor to invest in order to establish new line or they only have bankruptcy left. Wu Tong say she know therefore she feel bad for them, Xiang Jun say Chuang Mei is only a small company and "he" will not be interested on this kind of company but she can look for other investor. Wu Tong ask if it's him, Xiang Jun say investing not only will help her but help him in establishing his own career too. Xiang Jun then say he got no problem in investing but he have one condition, it is for her to be the manager. Wu Tong she can do anything but how can she run a company, Xiang jun say she still got him and ask her to consider.
Mei Ling husband call Wu Tong asking if Mei ling went to her plance since they just get into arguments. The two went to look for her, then midway Wu Tong ask if they fight about the child. Zhang Yuan (Mei Ling Husband) say they fight because he want to raise the child no matter what, and say that what Mie Ling says about him being useless is right. Then Mei Ling come out from her hiding place, Zhang Yuan then say that he will respect her decision if she did not want the child but Mei Ling say gave up YEAY! to the new baby.. Wu Tong then announce that she have got a new investor.., non other than Xiang Jun.
Xiang Jun told Zhang Yuan that the proposal need some changes, Zhang Yuan agree with Xiang Jun that they need to change from the customer service and their target market. Mei Ling excuse herself to the restroom with Wu Tong..
Thoughts:
I LOVE LOVE LOVE at how Zhong Mou get's angry and pick on Wu Tong easily, then regret the very next moment and then to find himself wrong for misunderstanding Wu Tong all over again.. Well still one unsolved mystery here, since when Wu Tong and Xiang Jun officially date each other?? When did Wu Tong say yes, it's still a mystery for me even after my 5th time watching this drama.. Freak enough?!?! Someone please tell me if you know... THX :)
The two ladies at the restroom, Mei Ling ask what is their relationship and told her to protect this opportunity since Xiang Jun is a much warmer person compared to Zhong Mou..
Xiang Jun report to his dad about his investment planning, his dad revoke this decision since Xiang Group is also in financial crisis though it might just be a small company if anything goes wrong how can they face the board and the employee. Xiang Jun say that Chuang Mei will be able to help them in the future with their new hotels, and after a few persuade his dad give a go.
Zhong Mou won an award, at the event he meet an old school mates (Wan Li Group). The school mates told him that he heard from others that Xiang group is facing big crisis and he's looking to work together with them to rebrand the hotel HQ into their name (Wan Li group). Zhong Mou on the way home told PA Li that he will buy the HQ, and PA Li ask how people will look at this as like he's having his revenge.
PA Li then report that Wan Li group have talk with Xiang Group and both parties is enthusiastic with the investment. Zhong Mou ask if there is anyway to interfere, PA Li say there is since he find out that Wan Li is more interested in Li Group spot. Zhong Mou then instruct PA Li to call his old school mates to ask for favour.
Wan Li group meet with Zhong Mou, he ask with the condition he offer any business will choose over the Hai Nan location (Li Group) over the HQ Hotel (Xiang Group). Zhong Mou say he's a business man and he never do any business that incur losses but he's doing this in long term view, and the friend agree.
Zhong Mou call Wu Tong only to be picked up by Xiang Jun. Xiang Jun say he purposely answer the phone so that Zhong Mou know he's with Wu Tong. Zhong Mou call again and told Wu Tong that he's bellow to pick up his son though it's weekend, and Zhong Mou fire up at how Wu Tong enthusiastically brought man to spend the night with Tong Tong.. Zhong Mou see the interaction between Xiang Jun and Wu Tong with Tong Tong. Xiang Jun say that it has nothing to do with Zhong Mou at how they interact, and Zhong Mou remind his not to pull WU Tong into their problem and if he's a man they should go head to head.
On the car, Tong Tong ask if they fight again, and Zhong Mou say he didn't how can he ask something like that. Tong Tong say it's because Xiang jun can always pull trick on Wu Tong and make her laugh. Tong Tong then ask when will mom finish her magic school and leave together with them, Zhong Mou then ask him to help him persuade Wu Tong to leave together with them. Tong Tong then ask how about uncle Xiang then, Zhong Mu then answer annoyingly if he's helping uncle Xiang or his daddy.. Zhong Mou then crack a smile then Tong Tong say of course daddy..
The next morning the two fine man stand in front waiting for Wu Tong.. Wu Tong ask Zhong Mou if there is anything wrong with him since yesterday he look like wanting to kill her and now all sweet, Zhong Mou then say coz he hope that Tong Tong happy. Wu Tong ask isn't it to late that now they act as a caring parents, Zhong Mou say he did not know what this feeling is and want her to stay by his side until he figure it out. Zhong Mou show his jealously by saying that he did not want any other man show up meantime. Wu Tong told Zhong Mou that she will not help him figuring things out while keeping her by the bay, Zhong Mou ask if she like Xiang Jun and ask if she like him. Zhong Mou wanted a kiss but told her that her heart beat very fast isn't that show she have change of heart and it's love. Wu Tong say "Yes, I loved you before but listen carefully it's before. Before you pop up and fight over Tong Tong." She realised that all these five years is just a dream and she force herself to forget him when he say they have nothing to do with each other and ask why he now show up again and say all these thing.. Zhong Mou say because before she's a stranger to him but now it's different, Wu Tong ask what different is it because of Xiang Jun and now he feel his thing is being snatched.
Wu Tong report to work at Chun Mei, Xiang Jun say that he's going to hire assistant (Mr Z) that work at Xiang Group before but leave due to personal matter.
Zhong Mou has been standing looking out of the window for tenths of min, PA Li then told Xiang Jun that the hotel manager quit and looking for a replacement but then this person worked at Xiang Group before (Mr Z). Zhong Mou remind PA Li to have their eyes on Wan Li since he did not want anything to befall on Xiang HQ.
Xiang Jun and WU Tong meet with Mr Zhou (the worker), Mr Zhou say that he have no experience beside with hotel and say he cannot be of any help. Xiang Jun get angry when Mr Z defence Zhong Mou of his action back then went he snatch over the Xiang Plan, and ask for a word help or not. Mr Z then say give him time to think since Xiang group also ask for his help. Xiang jun get emotional, and Mr Z leave after awhile. Then Xiang Jun get a call that their potential investor pull back because of Zhong Mou interference.
Xiang Jun go after Zhong Mou, Xiang jun told him to come out and shout if it's now enough for him to ruin his family and say that it's right for him to be called an illegitimate son. Wu Tong is shocked at the reversal as them being brothers. Zhong Mou told Xiang Jun that 5years ago or now he can interfere it's because they both have no power, and if he really have that he will be waiting for him to snatch it back from him. Xiang Jun then throw the bomb that he finally show his true face like how he can break mom-son relationship, and this throw Zhong Mou off the hook. While Zhong Mou hit Xiang Jun, Wu Tong try to stop them but accidentally WU Tong fall.
Thoughts:
At this point of thin I did not like how Zhong Mou utter his feeling to Wu Tong.., I know he's inexperience in this 'new' field, but that's what makes me half-annoyed-half-pity.. Well for the rest of the drama I'll try my best to write very concisely, since I wanted to recap recently finished drama that's equally as exciting as this one.. Amen.... HAHA!!
They finally stop.. Xiang Jun ask Wu Tong if she's alright, and Xiang Jun then told her that indeed Zhong Mou is his dad son. Li mom date Xiang dad, but they two broke up because of Li mom temperament. Then Xiang dad date Xiang Mom and they get married not long after, but then Li Mom realise she's pregnant with Xiang dad son, and Li mom is after Xiang mom because Xiang dad leave her for Xiang mom.
Wu Tong come to Zhong Mou pad, and ask if he's alright. Wu Tong then say she just know that they both were brothers why they fight like enemies, Zhong Mou told her she did not have to know what happened between them along as she know her identity about being his son mom. Wu Tong say she only want to know if he's as bad as what Xiang Jun claim to be, Zhong Mou say bad good depends on her point of view. Zhong Mou ask why she keep on asking is it because she's Xiang Jun GF, and WU Tong say what if she is and Zhong Mou grab her for a kiss and it earn him a slap.
Xiang Jun drown himself on alcohol, Wu Tong can't sleep, and Zhong Mou look at the sky..
The next morning, Wu Tong bring Xiang Jun breakfast. Wu Tong give him a word of encouragement though Mr Z is not working for them but god is all mighty and can give them a better person. Wu Tong then told Xiang Jun to let go everything and focus on what in front.
At the meeting, PA Li say that if anything go as planned then all Xiang HQ shares will be Li group. Zhong Mou then instruct them to have Le family to fast up everything and keep it a secret that they are the one behind it. Zhong Mou then told PA Li to have Yue Qi introduce the Le family daughter, the PA Li guess he want to be their cupid angel between Yue QI and Xiang Jun. HAHA!!
Xiang Jun matter went all smoothly as planned, including Chuang Mei. Then there is new assistant called Yang Yang to help them, and Wu Tong previous coworker Xiao Xiao.
Xiang Jun meet with Yue Qi, and told him about Le family daughter and family information. Xiang Jun then say that to buy the shares of Xiang Group require millions and ask if they are capable since it is just a small company.
Wu Tong busy and all stress out with her workload, and call Zhong Mou asking if Tong Tong have sleep. Tong Tong then told Wu tong that Zhong Mou is telling bedtime story and told her to listen together. Zhong Mou told Cinderella story, then to the part where the step sister try whatever way to fit the glass shoes, Zhong Mou ask where is the glass shoes. Tong Tong say he did not have one, and ZHong mou say he's not asking him, Wu Tong ask if he's asking her, and Zhong Mou told her to wear it and look for him. Wu Tong say he's not her prince, since cinderella is looking for a prince who 100% love her think of her and give her a life time of happiness and not someone who help him full fill his emptiness and sacrifice herself. End of telephone call..
Xiang jun finally sign then contract with Le Group, The director thank's Yue Qi for introducing him with such a guy like Xiang Jun. Yue Qi demand to go for a date since she have help Xiang jun only to be turn down. Annoyed she called PA Li, Yue Qi say all man is no good. PA Li say that did not go with him since he came at her first call, and remind her that Xiang group almost went bankrupt how can he have that liberty to celebrate.. Yue Qi nod in approval..
Xiang Jun wait at Wu Tong house and tell her the happy news, but that did not go the same with his dad since the HQ is his father pride. Wu Tong ask if he have told his dad, Xiang Jun say all these time they were on bad term since his dad is the one who lead his mom death and his life change forever after his maternal grandmother die. Xiang Jun say he actually pity Zhong Mou but when he remember he killed his mother he hate him, Wu Tong say he might have his reason and he's not that bad as he thought him to be. Xiang Jun then say it's because she always think positively, and ask if she ever doubt him using her against Zhong Mou, Wu Tong say maybe but she never hate him since he's always there to help her, and atlas thank's him for being a good friend.
Zhong Mou meet with Le director, Le director hand over Xiang group shares. Zhong Mou remind him not to break the news until the right time. Zhong Mou ask how many shares they have over Xiang HQ, and in total they have 52%. PA Li ask what is he going to do with it, Zhong Mou say start a new, and rebrand all Xiang group hotel into Le family brand.. PA Li then ask if the old Xiang can stand it since it's chopping his head want his life. Zhong Mou just smirk.
Back at Li mansion, Li mom is furious and ask that year slap did not wake him up. Zhong Mou say he did not care about the so called karma, since the deal is being sign off. Li mom ask he's a father can he not feel what his dad feels, Zhong Mou fire back after all these year and after Xiang dad make her like this she still cannot let him go. Li Mom say she did not care what happened with her, but she want Zhong Mou to give a road for him to live. Zhong Mou then say no matter how many money they invest it will not help and this is the only way, and told his mom to wait and see if this method is to kill them or revive them.
Wu Tong then told Mei Ling husband how competent Yang Yang is and the both become curious how a competent person like Yang Yang wanted to come to their office and become assistant if she can get any job she want out there. Mid talking, Xiang Jun come and pull a magic trick.. A rose.. Xiang Jun then pull Wu Tong to pick Tong Tong for the day.
Grumble of the day:
Well, on the preview post I say I'll do recap on new drama right? So I was super excited and plan to start recapping both drama at a go.., so when I was gathering material for the post I realise other blog did the recap already and now I am devastated.. Coz I have no excuse to watch the second time *evil smile* I love the drama so much, though I did not like the actor but this piece of drama prove me wrong, well only this drama! Now I hope there will be recap-worthy friday Taiwanese drama..
Zhong Mou brought Tong Tong to the aquarium, but they see Yang Yang get into PA Li car. Xiang Jun got emotional at how a small assistant can rent an expensive apartment and how she can be chauffeur by Zhong Mou assistant if she have nothing to do with him, Wu Tong stop him but she's left by the road side right after.
Wu Tong call Xiang Jun, Xiang Jun bump into someone rear, it's none other than Yue Qi.. Yue Qi pull all sort of trick saying that she need to get to the airport to meet her best friend who's going to USA to get surgery.. She cry like crazy coz she can't meet her friend, so Xiang Jun ask how about dinner.. Xiang Jun come out from the restaurant in drunk state, Yue Qi confess that she love him but Xiang Jun turn her down since she's not her (Wu Tong).
Yue Qi call PA Li, Yue Qi ask which part of her not good. PA Li say coz he boobs ain't as big as hers and pull his hands towards her boobs and cry saying even he's not interested. PA Li went to his car and took out a gallon of water. Yue Qi say she's still sober and show him, PA Li told her to confess her love and give her all and if Xiang Jun is her fate when the time comes he will fall for her. PA Li told his story that he help Zhong Mou for more than 9years therefore he did not have much personal time to date woman, so Yue Qi think he's gay..
Zhong Mou and Tong Tong wait at Wu Tong place, they brought her dinner. WU Tong contemplate whether to ask him or not, Wu Tong ask carefully if he can let Wu Tong stay for the night at her place and Zhong Mou agree easily and he's all smiley.. Zhong Mou ask if Xiang Jun is the new investor at Chuang Mei, Wu Tong nod and say it's none of his business when ask further. ZHong Mou say 10years going after woman, he give flowers and diamond now he give company, new idea.. Both not happy, mid convo Tong Tong come out and say that he wanted daddy birthday cake so he got to return from his business trip to celebrate his birthday. Wu Tong surprised to learn but jokingly say that in Tong Tong eyes there's only cake, but Tong Tong say because birthday cake have wish and he wanted to help daddy blow the candle. Zhong Mou nod in approval, when leaving Wu Tong ask if he know a person named Yang Yang, and answer no.
Chuang Mei face a problem, and Yang Yang give her opinion to solve the problem on hands but Xiang Jun decline whatever Yang Yang got to say. After the meeting got dismissed, Wu Tong say why not when Yang Yang opinion is reasonable to help Chuang Mei. Xiang Jun left the office angrily, then Yang Yang ask Wu Tong if her opinion is unreasonable, Wu Tong give excuse that they did not have that much capital. So Yang Yang give Wu Tong the proposal.
Wu Tong give the proposal to Zhang Yuan and ask how is the proposal, Zhang Yuan say that it's very good. Wu Tong ask how to tell Xiang Jun, Zhang Yuan say just give him the proposal but Wu Tong say it will cloud his judgement if he know it's Yang Yang idea, so WU Tong suggest Zhang Yuan convince Xiang Jun that he's the one who did it.
At the supermarket, Tong Tong pick lot's of fruits to prepare birthday cake. The two happily prepare the cake, but then Wu Tong receive telephone from Yang Yang that the stand in factory they work with demand for money, stop the production and did not want to give the customer list. Xiang Jun arrive not long after but he's very emotional, but mid negotiation with the factory people Tong Tong call Wu Tong ask where is she and told her that Zhong Mou will pick them up at 6pm and if she did not make up to her promise he will not talk with her anymore. Xiang jun then told Wu Tong to leave..
Wu Tong make it, and when she excuse her self and she her reflection at the bathroom mirror she say how can she wear such a ugly clothed out.. Wu Tong and Tong Tong sing birthday song and Zhong Mou all smiley, the three blow the candle together. Zhong Mou ask she can bake cake, and Wu tong say she just learn it so it still looks ugly. On the first bite Tong Tong say it taste n good, Wu Tong try it and say she forget to add sugar, Wu Tong told Zhong Mou to stop eating. Nevertheless Zhong Mou keep eating since it's his firs time someone celebrate his birthday and bake him cake. Then three ends the dinner happily with whip cream all over their face.
Zhong Mou send Wu Tong home, a phone call break his change from kissing Wu Tong.. Xiang Jun is being admitted to the hospital after engaging in a fight with the workers. Wu Tong rush to the hospital herself so did Zhang Yuan, and finally Xiang Jun know that Yang Yang is the one who prepare the proposal. Wu Tong stay behind to look after Xiang Jun. Xiang Jun ask if she's happy tonight since he remember it's Zhong Mou birthday and Tong Tong told him that they make birthday cake together. Then after short conversation Wu Tong say Zhong Mou must have his reason to do it, but Xiang Jun say what could it be when he also pull the same trick on his own father. WU Tong leave the ward after being kicked out by Xiang Jun.
Zhong Mou wait for Wu Tong after sending Tong Tong back. Wu Tong ask Zhong Mou if he hates Xiang Yi for abandoning them that year and if making them bankrupt is his goal, Zhong Mou ask if she know what she's talking about and ask if she think he have secret agenda towards Chuang Mei. Then Zhong Mou ask is it because Xiang Jun is hurt that she talk on behalf of him and ask if she know what Xiang Jun is thinking when he first approach her, Wu Tong told him what kind of intention Xiang Jun have she know very well, and Zhong Mou defense himself that he put Tong Tong back to sleep and rush back w/o changing his clothes and pull her in for a peek on the check, and Wu Tong run to hide herself.
Man Di is waiting for Zhong Mou, Zhong Mou ask what is she doing at his house and if she have finished shooting her film. Man Di say she just comeback today solely to celebrate his birthday, Zhong Mou say they have meet and now it's 00.05 so his birthday is practically over and told her not to drunk driving if she did not want to become the headline for tomorrow morning news. Man Di shout at him at how she order personalised tie for him and throw the present before back down and ask if it's impossible between them, but then request him not to tell the media that they have broke up until her new movie premier. Zhong Mou did not agree since he only promise her not to tell they have broke up for a period of time and did not promise to act together. Man Di ask lastly if he ever truly love her, she get her own answer and Zhong Mou say she know what the ending will be from the start.
Zhong Mou drag Wu Tong to weding registry office, and told her that before he did not consider marriage but now he started to consider and use Tong Tong as the sole reason, as he wanted a complete family like another children. Wu Tong ask is it just because of Tong Tong, and Zhong Mou confess that he secretly look at her diary and every page is a heart aching story so he did not want her and Tong Tong unhappy, and since she choose to give birth to Tong Tong and her love for him he did not care what her intention is back then as long as she wants he will give them a house and take care of her. Wu Tong then see a couple happily walking hand-in-hand and ask if he love her, ZHong Mou say it's not the topic and ask her if she is willing or not. Wu Tong ask twice again and choose to leave, Zhong Mou run after her and ask love her or not has it anything to do with marrying her. Wu Tong ask if she want the person she's marrying say 'I love you' is she making a problem out of it. Then Zhong Mou return and ask her if she love him, and she answer she loved him and she choose to let him go and told him Love can give how much happiness yet it can hurt as much and he might not understand because he never love anyone.. At this time both gets teary. Wu Tong told him not to bother her life anymore since she want to spend the rest of her life with someone who love her.
Yang Yang leave a not that she's taking a leave because of an urgent matter. Chuang Mei now in a big problem since their distributor demand payment first and their contract need to have some changes, and later it is revealed that Yang Yang is the one responsible for making the contract. Xiang Jun instruct to sue them and to look for new partner, and demand to see the contract. Wu Tong say that all long Yang Yang is the one responsible for the contract and Yang Yang say the contract will be return when it's signed, the two rush and search her table to no avail. Wu Tong say she will go and ask if it's his doing to make Chuang Mei bankrupt he will have to pay.
Xiang Jun try to stop her from seeing Zhong Mou and ask if she still did not understand why he did all this, it's because of her. Wu Tong ask if it's like Xiang Jun say that Zhong Mou is using her didn't he also use her at first and if he say Zhong Mou did not see him as relatives did he see him as one? They were in the middle of bickering and suddenly Zhong Mou show up, and ask her that she leave and not half day later she look for him. Zhong Mou say Chuang Mei and WU Tong ask if it's his doing, Xiang Jun then take it as it's Zhong Mou doing and so did Wu Tong but Zhong Mou ask Chuang Mei face a problem because he's in the back pulling tricks. Wu Tong say because he did not denied, Zhong Mou say from the first Mei Ling give him the proposal there's already a problem and the problem will arise sooner or later. Wu Tong say why things happened so fast and told him to give them some space before leaving.
Chuang Mei office is supper busy, and Wu Tong is running around to look for new partner so did Zhang Yuan. After whole day running looking for supplier they go back to the office to find Xiang Jun also there. Xiang Jun apologise that he should not have pull her in at first. Xiang Jun then told Him that his father know Chuang Mei is facing a problem and want him to end Chuang Mei, Zhang Yuan ask if he want to close down Chuang Mei. Xiang Jun say he did not but he did not have good reason not to and say that he thought once he inject money everything will go smoothly but never thought that problem will arise so fast. Wu Tong say the problem arises just because they were incompetent and Chuang Mei still have survive for a short period and told him not to give up or later in the future when they look back they will regret that they did not try their best. Xiang Jun agree, and announce that Yang Yang is PA Li schoolmates.
Man Di call Xiang Jun to meet up. Man Di told Xiang jun that her new movie will premier soon and told him to come as her boyfriend whilst bringing Wu Tong along. Xiang Jun did not want to be involved with anything related to ZHong Mou, but the Man Di told him to think what the media will write if two woman related to ZHong Mou is in his arm.. Xiang Jun say he will think about it and give her the answer tomorrow.
While looking for partners, Xiang Jun told Wu Tong to go to the premier. At first Wu Tong decline since she their relationship is awkward but Xiang Jun say if she did not go she's being impolite. So Wu Tong agree, she went on a shopping spree and eye on a beautiful dress before seeing the price tag. Yue Qi is at the shop and told her to try the gown since it's very nice, but it's to low for WU Tong liking.
The two then go to basketball court, Yue Qi ask why she give birth to illegitimate son and apologise quickly saying that she's just curious, and say it must be that Wu Tong love the man to death or else she cannot think of anything else. But Wu Tong say but majority say people think she gave birth because she have hidden agenda, but Yue Qi say that's not likely people like Wu Tong will do. Yue Qi say they were love-rivals, because she love Xiang Jun and Xiang Jun love her and ask what about her. Wu Tong say it's just because Xiang Jun never meet with a woman like her so he's just curious but told her she's comfortable around Xiang Jun but did not have that feeling. Yue QI then guess that she love Zhong Mou, Wu Tong say that she once crazily love him but she did not know now. Yue Qi told him it must also be the case for Zhong Mou. Later it is revealed that the court is the place where she fall in love with Xiang Jun, and they promise to be friends and not a love rival.
Tong Tong told daddy he's down because mommy and Uncle Xiang went to Man Di movie premier leaving him behind and ask isn't Man Di his girlfriend why he didn't go. Zhong Mou say because he want to be together with him and say he and Man Di, they were not anything like boyfriend-girlfriend relationship they were just friends, and Tong Tong ask what's the difference..

Zhong Mou is someone literally w/o experience, yes he want to tie down Wu Tong but he keep on using Tong Tong as the sole reason.. And when he finally realise that marriage is not what Wu Tong wants, it break me up..
They finally stop bouncing, and Zhong Mou told him later when he grow up he'll understand.. They bicker around cutely..
Man Di new movie Affectionate Remembrance [????]. The press is asking about Zhong Mou and their relationship, but the Man Di introduce Xiang Jun and Wu Tong to the press. The press keep pressing Wu Tong for answers, Xiang Jun and Wu Tong back out from the crown before being invited back by Man Di to answer the press together.
Next morning, Man Di watch the recap and Xiang Jun say that it's very successful and he like the headline where it say Zhong Mou being cast away and he's more handsome than Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun ask what will Man Di be if she never be with Zhong Mou, and Man Di reply that she thought ZHong Mou will never love anyone till the day they broke up, she ask if he love another woman but he did not denied it. Xiang Jun say who's that woman, and answer that it's Wu Tong. Man Di say she never put Wu Tong as a threat because she never though that she can loose to a single mother kind of woman.. (well, Wu Tong is his son mother honey) Man Di told him to snatch Wu Tong back from Zhong Mou and this is one way to help her, and Xiang jun ask who say he truly love her. Man Di ask if love is something so hard to be said, and say that though he say he's only using her but unknowingly his heart is moved. And told him not to regret it later on.
Yang Yang enter the office and apologise for the last few days actually she's looking for a company, and Xiang Jun enter the meeting room saying she's being cut out. Yang Yang say it's true that PA Li told her to come to Chuang Mei, but told Wu Tong to believe her that she have no idea problem will arise from the contract she prepare and she think of a way to rescue Chuang Mei by looking for a new partner to work with but she did not tell them because she could not guarantee. The new partner is none other than an potential partner that Zhang Yuan wanted to work with a few years ago. Zhang Yuan and Wu Tong agree that the new proposal is a way to safe Chuang Mei as well as in the long run, but Xiang Jun still being irrational and want Yang Yang to leave. Yang Yang say she will quit, and Wu Tong ask why PA Li want her to come to Chuang Mei, at first Yang Yang say because there is a position that suit her but then told her not to ask when pressed for answer if PA Li want her to come to help WU Tong. Wu tong feel abad and ask herself if he's helping her.
Wu Tong went to Tong Tong school, and wait at Zhong Mou office. Meantime Wu Tong ask PA Li if he's the one who send Yang Yang to help them and why is it because of Zhong Mou. PA Li li then say it's because of Mr. Zhou, and when he told Zhong Mou he only say that since they take away their people they have to payback. Wu Tong then ask with Yang Yang capability she did not have that power to persuade the new partner, and ask is it his wish. PA Li say actually she know so she should not keep asking him and told her to ask that person itself. PA Li then say he must have reason to do it like this but what reason he did not need to speak further, because after years spend together he never see him spend so much thoughts toward others.
Zhong Mou told Wu Tong to meet him upstair, on the way Wu tong ask if she apologise first isn't it very humiliating, and Tong Tong say that teacher told him before that when one willing to recognise their fault and change is a good kids. Zhong Mou act very cold, and Tong Tong run over to him and told him that mommy wanted to apologise, and Tong Tong pull Wu Tong nearer and told ZHong Mou to forgive her. Then Zhong Mou give Tong Tong a box of biscuit because of what he say. WU Tong apologise, and Zhong Mou say he did not want to hear that three words (???). Wu Tong ask why he did not explain when she ask him, Zhong Mou say it's because her heart already believe Xiang Jun. Finally Zhong Mou straight things up, and WU Tong ask why he want to help her, Zhong Mou ask her back why and pull her in for a kiss before being disturb by PA Li. Zhong Mou face <3 HAHA!!
Zhong Mou see Wu Tong and Tong Tong asleep, Wu Tong wake up and he pull in for a kiss.. Finally.. Li Mom call and ask why Tong Tong is not coming back and say in the future how can Tong Tong be more excellent compare to other kids if he's not brought up properly. Zhong Mou say he did not want him to be excellent he just want him to be happy.
They went to Wu Tong house, and Wu Tong reheat last night fried rice and they share the bowl. Zhong Mou see Xiang Jun old toys and say that there's time when old things is better than new ones because there's feeling inside and maybe Xiang Jun want the best for Tong Tong. WU Tong say it's must be because they were families. Zhong Mou then admit that he's jealous towards Xiang jun because he's part of Xiang Family and a legal son. Then the stories continue on, from small Li Mom like to compare him with Xiang Jun he like to smile and people like him very mush including Xiang Yi. Zhong Mou then ask Wu Tong what is he like in her heart, Zhong Mou pull in for a kiss and WU Tong happily accept..
Next morning, Wu Tong trace Zhong Mou facial features. Zhong Mou say do bad things want to escape, and Wu Tong say then she will not look at him anymore in the future, and Zhong Mou say cannot since he want her to look at him everyday. Zhong Mou told her to move to his place and she hesitate. WU Tong come to their room, and Zhong Mou ask if Tong Tong if mommy can stay at his place. Tong Tong has yes and ask if mommy graduate from magic school already, and ZHong Mou say last night Wu Tong perform very well so she graduate form magic school and she earn a big prize and point to himself.
Xiang Jun ask where had Wu Tong been yesterday, Wu Tong say she have personal problem and it's inconvenient for her to say it and handover Yang Yang resignation letter. Xiang Jun then ask if a girlfriend told his boyfriend that there's a personal matter that's inconvenient to be told what will this boyfriend feel? Wu Tong then told Xiang Jun not to use boyfriend identity to consider than maybe everything can be better. Xiang Jun ask if she's declaring that they were breaking up. Wu Tong told him whilst they were still working on the same company and she wanted to be his best friend and told him that Zhong Mou never have any intention to harm them and it's always his intuition to help them.
Thoughts:
Well after months and watching this drama multiple time I'm still in doubt if Xiang Jun and Wu Tong is in a relationship.. If he's why is he acting like a jerk at the movie premier, hurting her using the press will result her feeling inferior, leaving her behind even if Wu Tong love him will result in anger and hate let alone now that she have no that kind of feeling toward him, opportunity will not even exist.. Awww I love how smitten Zhong Mou is and how he smile from his eyes... Just total love... Aww not to forget Tong Tong he's just love cupid for his parents..
Xiang Jun still believe that Zhong Mou have bad intention towards him. Xiang Jun ask what happened last night and guess himself that Zhong Mou have got her. Wu Tong silence is taken as a yes.
Xiang Jun is driving like a mad person, Xiang Jun pull over and told WU Tong that she's the most innocent woman he ever meet and he can't loose her. Wu Tong ask if he really know what kind of person she is and she's not worthed. Xiang Jun say worthed or not it's up to him to decide and ask all the pain that Zhong Mou impose to her have been forgotten and say that whatever Zhong Mou can give her he can also give her including what Zhong Mou couldn't give her. Wu Tong walk away before he pull for a back hug. He finally realise he lost when Wu Tong told him that she always take him as a very very good friend. Xiang Jun then told Wu Tong that he part with all the woman beside him with 'friendship' reason but that's not going to happened with her because he truly love her. Wu Tong ask why they could be friend each other, Xiang Jun finally say it must be her answer that there is no possibility for them again in the future and told her that it has been 5years still she could not forget Zhong Mou. Xiang jun have a series of flashback of their happy moments.
Xiang Jun did not come to Chuang Mei meetings instead he went clubbing and all wasted. Xiang Jun meet with Man Di, Man Di say he used to say her foolish when she broke up with ZHong Mou but now he look even more foolish and pathetic. Xiang Jun finally admit that he's foolish that he even did not understand why Wu Tong did not love him and choose ZHong Mou, Man Di say the most cruel thing on earth is not meeting a person you love but meet yet that person did not love you and at last you will act like nothing happened (ignorant) only then you can recover. Xiang Jun say he could not do it, Man Di she did not at first but what can she do when the wound become numb you'll slowly forget about it.
Wu Tong at Zhong Mou pad, Zhong Mou then jokingly ask is it because of him that all the food become tasty and WU Tong nod in approval. Zhong Mou ask is it because Xiang Jun disappear that they have to bear everything, Wu Tong say maybe something weight his mind because he think all long that Zhong Mou is the one behind everything. The two were enjoying their time before being disturb by Man Di call and leave a massage that told him not to announce their break up news because it's important for her. Wu Tong is shock to hear and ask why he did not tell her, Zhong Mou say because she did not ask (true!!) and ask if he's still with Man Di and yet still going for her is that man worthy of her love. Wu Tong say she feel sorry for her, Zhong Mou say "In relationship there's nothing like right or wrong only love or not, if you want to think it like this isn't the same goes for me towards Xiang Jun? You should know, relationship cannot be equally distributed, so I'll give you whatever I can give you. I know what's inside your heart, you still feel unpleasant that's why you still did not want to move her and stay with me right? Many things has happened in the past, many things I could not make up for it so I can only say Sorry. Wu Tong believe me, you have wait 5yrs for me stop having doubts. I understand your dignity and arrogant but it did not suit to be used against people who matter the most to you."The night is sealed with kisses..
Wu Tong woke up alone, and a maid come in and ask her to take the contraception pill as every girl who stay overnight need to take it including Man Di. Wu Tong then ask Man Di take it because she need it or Zhong Mou idea, the maid answer Zhong Mou idea and Wu Tong take it but feeling down.
Wu Tong accompany Mei Ling to see ob/gyn, but at the hospital she heard Xiang Jun and Yue Qi conversation that something is very urgent. Wu Tong then try to eavesdrop Xiang Jun conversation with the doctor but can't because it's too noisy, The doctor told Xiang Jun that Xiang Dad need to have liver transplant because drop in it's function, and the transplant can let Xiang Dad live for the next tenth years without problem but they need to find suitable liver.
Wu Tong went to Xiang Jun apartment ringing the door bell to no avail, but meet Xiang Jun at the hallway. And ask if anything happened to him (hospital problem), Xiang Jun then ask why she suddenly interested on his affair. Wu Tong say it's not out of the blue since she did not want anything bad befall on him, Xiang Jun invite her in but Zhong Mou call Wu Tong that he's busy for the night so he want her to accompany Tong Tong. Xiang Jun told her to leave.
Wu Tong sread the little price story to Tong Tong (don't really get it, domesticate is for animal so something around there) whatever that is the main point is both Tong Tong and Zhong Mou is one and only. The two call Zhong Mou who's at Li mansion, he laugh at Tong Tong remarks. Wu Tong ask if she should send Tong Tong to his pad.
Li Mom say that Liang construction is looking for partners and with Li group power he should be their first choose of consideration. Zhong Mou then ask if her intention is to stake his marriage for the collaboration, and Li mom ask what's wrong with Yue Qi. Zhong Mou ask if marriage is only about background everything of that sort why is she still single, The situation heat up. Li Mom say her problem got nothing to do with him, and so did Zhong Mou. Li mom then remind him that Xiang Jun is very close with Yue Qi these days and if he take a step back all these then years of his effort will gone down the drain. Zhong Mou ask why now when he snatch the project back then he earn a slap, and Li Mom say it's because she never say he could not crush Xiang Jun.. (Xiang Jun yes, Xiang dad big no meh? isn't it just the same?). Zhong Mou told Li mom to stop dragging Wu Tong into their matter, and Li mom say he will regret it later for being involved with her. Zhong Mou challenge her and say he will wait and let the time prove it.
Tong Tong is fast asleep so did Wu Tong, but wake up at Zhong Mou presence. Zhong Mou told her not to wait for him next time, Wu Tong say she could not sleep with out him and them smile. WU Tong note that Zhong Mou look tired, and Zhong Mou ask if both of them is one and only and Wu Tong nod. Zhong Mou ask if one day he did not come home, will she wait for him and ask if she love him and yes to both question.
Next morning, Wu Tong looking for Zhong Mou but find the dining table filled with rose petal and presentation plate bear the word 'LoVE' with ring as 'O'. The speaker come to life, Zhong Mou speaking. Zhong Mou say he know what she wants now, a person who love her and a promise that death will part them. Zhong Mou show up and say that she love her and it got nothing to do with Tong Tong and the past and ask her to let him be her Little Prince. Zhong Mou get on his knees and Wu Tong gladly accept his proposal.
The two went to marriage registry office, PA Li called Zhong Mou asking where he is since the meeting is going to take place soon. Zhong Mou told him to cancel all the meeting for the day, since he's getting married.. Both all smiley... so am I.. The two read their promise.
The next morning, I guess WU Tong still can't believe whatever happened she sneakily open see her weeding document and smile at the sight of their photo..

Can't help but struck with smiles whenever Zhong Mou flashes his big-o-godly smiles even from his eyes.. And cute Wu Tong for sneakily see her wedding document again still can't believe she married Zhong Mou like finally and even more he's someone who swear by that he won't get married, remember anyone?
Wu Tong and Zhong Mou play around happily, Wu Tong then ask if they can not announce their marriage first because she haven't think of a way to interact with Li mom and her parents. Zhong Mou say he will find the best time to talk it out with his mom and arrange to go to her hometown to meet with her parents. Wu Tong then suggest for them to write prenup, Zhong Mou is unhappy and ask if she did not believe on him or do not have confidence in herself, Wu Tong say she did not want Li mom and others to misunderstand and Zhong Mou reluctantly agree.. On his way to work, Zhong Mu remind her not to take the contraception pill anymore and get angry at how she did not ask him and take the pill. Wu Tong say the one who should be upset is her thinking that he did not want to have kids with her anymore, Zhong Mou say how can he not and reveal that it's Li mom intention to have everyone take the pill..
Zhong Mou ask Wu Tong how she can tie necktie so well, and it's revealed that she's intrigue with necktie so she learn and help her dad put on everyday. Wu Tong then say that his father have high expectation from her but then she make every decision herself from quoting university having son before marriage. And these 5yrs whenever she called home, her mom always told WU Tong that dad is not home or very busy. Zhong Mou then say that in few days he will prepare to go to Nan Jing (her hometown).
The two agree to wear their ring as pendant. Wu Tong visit Zhang Yuan and Mei ling house and ask for 2days leave to bring Wu Tong back to her hometown. Mei Lin say no parents hold grudge against their kids and once they meet Tong Tong everything will be fine. Wu Tong they break the news that she would need to move to Zhong Mou house and they were married. Shocked Mei Ling to death.. Wu Tong say she did not want to announce it because the past problem haven't been resolved (Wu Tong and her parents) and Li mom haven't accept her and her body is not in a great shape.
Wu Tong then call Xiang Jun only to be picked up by Yue Qi, Yue Qi told WU Tong that her father have a very good deal and looking for partners and hope that she's able to persuade Xiang Jun. Xiang Jun then call back, Wu Tong told him that she will return to her hometown and ask him visit Chuang Mei.
Wu Tong told Zhong Mou that he did not have to send her to her hometown since he need to go to Hong Kong for meeting. Zhong Mou then ask if he really did not have to come, and Wu Tong say it's because she haven't think of a way to tell her parents because that year it's her fault and Zhong Mou agree.
Wu Tong can't bring herself to knock the door, and flashback to the time where she escape the abortion theatre and beg on her knees. However her dad did not want and told her to never step back at Wu house if she did not get rid of the fetus. Then Wu Mom open the door and shock-happy to meet with Wu Tong. Wu Mom and Wu Dad is happy to meet with Tong Tong, and Tong Tong is interested with Chinese chess and give grandpa a peck on the cheek.
Wu Tong help her mom in the kitchen, and apologise. WU mom say she still did not understand why she did not reveal who is Tong Tong dad back then and she should not have come back home only after 5years since WU dad always take her photo out whenever he misses her. Wu Mom then ask what relationship she have now with Tong Tong father, and Wu Tong say just normal relationship awkwardly. They had dinner, and Grandpa is very happy that Tong Tong is very well mannered.
While washing the dishes, Zhong Mou called Wu Tong and ask how is everything. Wu Tong say they only say it's her fault when indeed they miss her. Zhong Mou then say it's good that she figure it out, and say that his place moon is very round, Wu Tong then say so did her place and ask if he's still in HK. Zhong Mou then ask if she miss him, because he want to meet her now since he's in Nan Jing. Zhong Mou show up extravagantly in the neighbourhood with a limousine making whole lot of commotion (OMG THIS GUY).
Zhong Mou show up at the apartment holding Tong Tong, WU dad show up angrily at how he bully his daughter and break their household before puling Tong Tong from his embraces that result in Tong Tong crying. Wu Tong then announce that she's married with Zhong Mou, dad is even angrier that she left 5yrs ago and did not have courage to comeback and now she only comeback because she's married, and ask if she know how neighbour view them and how her mom shed tears midnight thinking of her.
Zhong Mou stay at the neighbourhood hotel, over phone call he assure Wu Tong that he will use action to show that their daughter did not choose the wrong person and he will love Wu Tong just like how he love Tong Tong and will love his in-laws Wu Tong ask if she should come to his hotel, only to be said that it's very late and he will stay till he get his in-laws approval. Long story short, Wu Mom still insist that it's Wu dad fault for making his reputation priority and can't accept their marriage since it's a representation and the best assurance that Zhong Mou will take care of WU Tong.
The next morning, Zhong Mou show up with his bought breakfast. Wu mom then say that Wu dad love one of the cuisine very bad and they will have it everyday if the store is not very far away from their home and they were old so they can't travel very far. Zhong Mou say he will prepare drivers that can bring them everywhere everyday, Wu Dad flare up and say got feel extraordinary? Wu Mom told him to calm down since it's not Zhong Mou intention (to show his wealth).

First thing first, sorry for the lack of updates.. My computer have been hijacked for the last one week and finally I got it back so here I am.. Very very pleased with Wu Tong and Zhong Mou interaction throughout this whole episode..
Zhong Mou describe his family condition, and say because of it he focus on his career and forgone Wu Tong and Tong Tong for the past 5years but now and later he will love Wu Tong. Wu dad leave the table after saying he will not believe him easily after a meal and everything he say.
Wu Tong and Zhong Mou follow WU dad to the park. Wu dad is being hit by children and can't walk properly, so Zhong Mou give him a piggyback. WU dad get angry since Zhong Mou is the one who tear his family apart, but Zhong Mou silence him by asking to give one more chance so that the family can be even more complete. Wu Dad told Zhong Mou to leave when Wu Mom told Zhong Mou to stay for the night for dinner.
Wu Tong help his dad applying medicine, and say that year Zhong Mou did not know anything since his drunk let alone the pregnant matter so it's unfair if he's being treated poorly. Wu Tong then beg for a chance and forgiveness since she can't let him make Tong Tong fatherless. WU Dad say he did all this to see when he will give up, since rich man is unreliable.
Wu Tong and Zhong Mou visit Wu dad in the park who's playing Chinese chess. Wu dad almost lost the game but thank's to Zhong Mou word of wisdom he won the game. Wu Tong then present Wu Dad jade engraved Chinese chess from Zhong Mou. Zhong Mou then told Wu dad after meeting Wu Tong and Tong Tong though no matter how successful one is (career) or how extravagant they spend their day it can't compare to spending the day with love ones. Wu dad then ask if he marry because of Tong Tong or if he really love Wu Tong, since he did not want WU Tong to go through all that pain again. Zhong Mou say he regret that year he miss someone like Wu Tong therefore he will treasure it more and never leave each other because of sickness and age. Zhong Mou then comfort Wu dad since they were in the same boat (as a father) and want their kids to live happily, and told him to believe him and Wu Tong choice. WU dad reluctantly agree but not let him go if he hurt WU Tong once again..
Wu Dad ask if Li mom have accept Wu Tong, and Wu Tong say that Li Mom is very good towards her. Zhong Mou say he want to call him dad since he want to recall the feeling that he lost for over 30years.
Zhong Mou then told Wu Tong to tell about her past, he guess that Wu Tong is someone who's lazy when in contrary her result is outstanding since her dad is very strict and want to get 1-3rd ranking. Zhong Mou ask if she enter Li Group solely because of him, and ask why since she did not know him personally. Wu Tong then told him the first time she meet him is when Zhong Mou help others during the car accident, and then after that she see him in the newspaper.. Zhong Mou then apologise for behaving poorly that year and thank's her forgiving Tong Tong a good environment to grow. Zhong Mou then ask Wu Tong when will she quit her job, Wu Tong say why should she quit when she's doing fine and if she quit Mei Ling and Zhang Yuan will be unhappy. Zhong Mou say it must be she's afraid Xiang Jun unhappy, Wu Tong say it's because of her he invest in Chuang Mei and that she have told him that they were just friend. Zhong Mou say but that's not what Xiang Jun thinks and want to announce their marriage, but Wu Tong still did not want since Li mom have not accept her. Wu Tong then inject some logic, since it's the same like how Zhong Mou want approval from WU Tong parents so did she.
Chuang Mei then face some problem since Liang Group is marketing the same exact product as their and 10x more than them. Wu Tong then say if Liang group is looking for Xiang Jun to make their partner then maybe they will not put Chuang Mei in difficult position. Xian Jun can finally accept that they can become friends, but ask if anything happened to him will Wu Tong stay by his side. Wu Tong stay quiet and Xiang Jun walk away feeling dejected.
Xiang Jun then arrange dinner together with Yue Qi, asking information why Liang Group is suddenly interested in establishing this new line. Yue Qi is unhappy when accused they did it on purpose and drag personal feelings into it and leave. PA Li console Yue Qi at the bar, then accidentally Yue Qi say "His dad sick I went to the hospital with him" and zone out, PA Li keep on asking and attempt to kiss her but Yue Qi say "You're a good person".
Wu Tong surprised that Li mom invite her over for dinner, Li mom want to change Tong Tong name there for she need to ask Wu Tong for Tong Tong eight character (In four pairs, indicating the year, month, day and hour of a person's birth used in fortune telling). Tong Tong did not want to change his name, so WU Tong try to persuade him by saying that since he's daddy son they should have the same family name. Tong Tong then innocently ask why is Zhong Mou and Li mom have the same family name, Wu Tong shock, Li Mom stunned. Zhong Mou then say if Wu Tong bear the same family name as him then in the future people will respect him etc of that sort..
Wu Tong get a phone call from a bartender telling her to pick up totally drunk Xiang Jun from the bar or he will report to the police. Li mom is surprised to see Wu Tong at the fortune teller place, but become sarcastic (when not?) when Wu Tong try to leave because there's important matter she have to attend and say why act like she care about Tong Tong.
Wu Tong try to take care of drunk Xiang Jun mid day, and he try to act inappropriate that earn him a slap. Xiang Jun ask matter of fact if it's his karma since the first time he try to love a person yet that person love other man, and Wu Tong told him for the last time that the man she love is Li Zhong Mou from 5yrs ago till now and leave. Xiang Jun become so angry.
Zhong Mou told Tong Tong to go home with Li ma.. PA Li report that Xiang Jun keep calling Wu Tong, and Zhong Mou reply that he promise to give Wu Tong time to sort things out. Pa Li then inform that some people is spreading rumors that Li group have financial problems and remind him that they can't keep buying Xiang HQ matter a secret anymore. Zhong Mou agree since if nothing can be done it's better to be exposed.
Zhong Mou is looking at Tong Tong fortune and it's stated that Tong Tong will shine better than Zhong Mou and hand the paper to Wu Tong to pick new name for Tong Tong and Wu Tong say Li Luo Sheng...
Wu Tong gave up after 4 times choosing Tong Tong name coz Zhong Mou complain it's either to complicated to write and to girly. Wu Tong switch on the tv and the news section is reporting about Xiang HQ real investor is Li Group. Zhong Mou try to divert her attention by suggesting names, but Wu Tong still persistently ask if he's afraid Xiang Group will not accept his help. Zhong Mou is unhappy and told Wu Tong not to discuss office work at home and he dislike her interrogation tone before leaving and decide Tong Tong name alone.
The next morning, Xiang group board is busy looking for investor, Xiang Jun look sour. Xiang jun and Zhong Mou both attend conference, and the press ask them lot's of question that involve personal mater that lead to head to head battle. Xiang Jun warn him not to give him any road or he will make Zhong Mou fail terribly, Zhong Mou say he look forward to it. Xiang Jun loose him composure, before being drag out by Xiang Group board members. Later Xiang Jun is being inform that Xiang dad collapse and on the way to the hospital and the conversation is overheard by a reporter.
Back at Li mansion, Zhong Mou get a earful from Li Mom. Zhong Mou flare and say he have no choice but to announce it since Li group is facing financial problem and what he promise before for protecting Xiang HQ he will do it. Li Mom say he did it because he hate her and Xiang Dad because from small people always mock him for being illegitimate son that's why he want to ruin 30yrs of Xiang Dad hard-work. Zhong Mou say before he hate people say he's illegitimate son but now he did not care since Xiang Dad is not worthy for being called 'dad'. Li mom shouting at him that he finally show his true colours that he hate Xiang dad but break down and sob that he should leave them road to survive since he is his dad. Zhong Mou told her for the final time that he did not mean any harm instead he's helping them before he leave.
At his pad, Zhong Mou is looking at the contract draft and flashback to when he's smaller waiting in front of Xiang Mansion wanted to show Xiang Dad his report card, he keep running to catch up with the car before falling.
At the hospital, the doctor inform Xiang Jun that treatment is not an option anymore and they have to find the suitable donor. Li Mom visit Xiang dad ward, it's their first meeting after 30yrs. Li mom say she's afraid that if she did not come they will meet at another life, and ask if he plan not to meet her forever. Xiang dad say he's sorry and he owe two of them and he can't repay them in this lifetime but he'll in next life. Li mom also apologise on behalf of Zhong Mou for Xiang HQ matter, Xiang dad say he understand why Zhong Mou did it. Their conversation is overheard by Xiang Jun, that Xiang dad did not want to involve the next generation into their revenge. Li mom then admit that she's the one who killed Xiang Mom, Xiang Jun is astonished and leave.
Wu Tong come to visit Xiang dad but meet with Xiang Jun on the hallway, Xiang Jun become all crazy when Wu Tong mention that she visit Xiang dad to apologise on behalf of Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun sob while hugging Wu Tong and Zhong Mou witness it. Xiang Jun stop Li mom car, and say she can still come and visit after all this time. Li mom try to cool down by saying that it's their matter and told him to do his part better since he's the only one Xiang dad have. Xiang Jun say of course he's the only thing he have or not he won't be able to live pass the year.
Back at Xiang Jun apartment, he recall Li Mom conversation and call someone to check about what happened back then during the accident. The other end say that he's the one who investigate the accident back then, the man show him an envelope containing articles regarding the accident. Xiang mom is the driver and die at the site while Ms Li feet is trapped that result to her being disable. Xiang Jun ask if it's possible that Li Mom sabotage the wheel, the man say that it's possible but back then when they interrogate Li mom they did not find anything useful since she's not stable that's why the court rule that it's accident.
Xiang Jun receive a call from the hospital, Xiang Jun is not a compatible donor since Xiang dad is RH O blood while Xiang Jun is only O blood (not sure never learn bio). Xiang Jun throw a fit how he did not fit as a donor, and Xiang Dad say it's fate that have been scheduled. Xiang Dad say he's grateful for Xiang Jun having thought to be the donor, but Xiang Jun ask how come ZHong Mou is a year older than him but he marry Xiang Mom. Xiang dad tell his story and revealed that Li mom is 3rd generation of conglomerate and he's just new business man they date then date but then their personality did not match and breakup not long after that he meet with Xiang Mom since their family is acquaintance and Xiang Mom like him since long time ago, because Li mom keep looking for him they quickly marry and only then Li mom inform him that she's pregnant with his child. At first he did not believe it, but then Li mom give birth to Zhong Mou and she demand them to get back so Li mom pull several tricks that lead Xiang group almost bankrupt that make Xiang mom pawn her wedding share (money gold usually given by the bride parents).
Xiang dad then told Xiang Jun to let go Wu Tong since she choose Zhong Mou or history will repeat itself. Xiang Jun then say since Zhong Mou is his son he should save him, Xiang Dad ask what right did he have to ask and he's more willing to meet with Xiang Mom this way. Xiang Jun then set him aim straight that he will ask Zhong Mou to save him.
Xiang Jun invite Man Di over a bottle of wine, Xiang Jun ask if she love Zhong Mou. Xiang Jun then told Man Di to announce that she broke up with Zhong Mou and now he's going after her. Man Di ask why is he doing all this, and Xiang Jun say so Zhong Mou can perceive that he's going after Man Di and not interested in Wu Tong anymore. Man Di ask what benefit will she get out of it when she think everyday how not to leak the news, and Xiang Jun say revenge. Xiang Jun then persuade her by saying if she's being cut of because of a woman with a child how will the world perceive it, it's better that she's the one who cut him loose, and Man Di agree.
Yue Qi call PA Li during meeting, then she send multiple text to him and PA Li try to peak the text. Zhong Mou see the newspaper about Man Di and Xiang Jun. Yang Yang then ask if it's his GF and Pa Li say not so Yang Yang give him a stack of documents he got to work with since he did not have GF he should spend more time on work. Yue Qi call again and ask he have he been, and he say he's in meeting and not like her can still eat even though did not work. Yue Qi hang up, PA Li call her again asking what's going on. Yue Qi say blind date and told him to dress handsomely. PA Li left shellshocked when Yue Qi say 'I love you' and after the phone ends he say 'I love you too'

OMG!!! Li mom really have a roller coaster like mood., *die* no wonder Xiang Dad can't stand her and get married with another woman. Now I am in the phase where I'm a bit lazy to recap since the fun part has come to an end and after this things is getting ugly.. AGHHH!! when there's too much unhealthy jealousy going on and REVENGE REVENGE REVENGE!! Where the h*ll did rational state of mind go??
Yue Qi is forced to go on blind date by her mom, Yue Qi is not interested with candidate. Then Pa Li show up and told her that she like her long time ago and he come and say it especially today because he's afraid that after today he won't be able to say it anymore. And left the rest stunned, while Yue Qi giggling. Then Xiang Jun sit a few table away and witness the situation, Yue Qi drag PA Li out afraid that Xiang Jun will misunderstood. Yue Qi and Pa Li go out and joke around, Yue Qi say that PA Li act so good, Pa Li wanted to admit that he's telling the truth but Yue Qi send him away.
Yue Qi then straight things out with Xiang Jun that all is just an act. Xiang Jun say he did not care since everything look fake, and over her a ride. The two went to the bar, Yue Qi ask how come he's at the restaurant and guess that he heard it and come. Xiang Jun say maybe coz he's curious about what kind of man he like, and finally he say that actually he come to apologise for misunderstanding her pastime because Chuang Mei is not doing good. PA Li come to the bar and see the two. Xiang Jun then ask if the spot for collaboration is still open coz he want to take care of Xiang Group so that Xiang dad can rest and look after his sickness. Yue Qi is all happy that now Xiang Jun willing to work together with them. Yue Qi then ask how about Chuang Mei, Xiang Jun say it's just his stepping stone and if they work together he will give it to Uncle Liang as a gift and become their sub-company. The bartender then give the two a bottle of wine from PA Li.
Tong Tong playing race car in circuit, Li mom come and ask if he want her to play along with her. The two play together before Li mom car flip at the turning point and Tong Tong say "Gma car collide". Li Mom is angry and instruct the housekeeper to throw the game away, Tong Tong say she can't coz it's a gift from Xiang Jun. Li Mom become more angry and instruct the keeper to lock him away, and Tong Tong cry uncontrollable. The housekeeper give Zhong Mou a notice.
Zhong Mou told the housekeeper to bring Tong Tong down since he's taking him. Li Mom say no, Zhong Mou say Tong Tong still young and there's lot of things that he did not understand why so strict. Li mom say coz he's the future of Li group, Zhong Mou then say he did not want Tong Tong to be like him having hard childhood that's why now he's looking for the things that he forgone during his childhood and want Tong Tong to have a happy childhood and about the future let Tong Tong speak for himself. Li Mom say he lost all his composure because of that 'woman', Zhong Mou then told her back then he's not afraid when she told him to study but when he's lock away in a cold-silent room by the mother he rely the most. Li mom cry at Zhong Mou word. Zhong Mou then say that though in front of all people he may seem successful but he's not happy, and he's her chessman. Li Mom then ask if he's criticising her, Zhong Mou say not but he's just telling the truth when she should be this world most warm and reliable mother but from small till big he never receive it and ask if she know how envy he's of other kids not because they have father but because they have that family warmth, and he study and work so hard so that he can receive her praise and a hug or a loveable look and ask her mom not to drag it down to the next generation. Zhong Mou then told her the woman he look down is the woman who make him see what's called 'mother love'.
Zhong Mou went up and to look for Tong Tong but see him fast asleep inside the tent. Zhong Mou then excuse themselves, and say he will bring him back after a few days. Wu Tong told Tong Tong that G-ma is so hard on him because she care and she will get him a new car set. Tong Tong say it's Xiang Jun gift and heard by Zhong Mou. Wu Tong explain and Tong Tong ask Zhong Mou to buy him a car and he comply easily that he will bought him the best car in the world that lead him to peck from Tong Tong saying that he love him the most.
Wu Tong then ask if he quarrel with Li mom because of Tong Tong matter, Zhong Mou say it's the only way they communicate. Wu Tong then say Li mom is unwell and he should understand her since he's the only one she can rely on. Zhong Mou then say how can she understand her so well when Li mom did not like her, Wu Tong say because they'r single parents that's why she want him to understand her heart pain. Zhong Mou then told her when he's small the thing he's afraid the most is not when people call him illegitimate child or bully him but to see his mom hide and secretly cry, therefore he wants to be brave and success so that he have ability to protect her from being bully by others but now when he's successful their conversation method change. Wu Tong then told him have he try to change the conversation method, and say that all mother is the same and wish their child the best and give them the best on the world. Wu Tong then say he should be more open since that they were married now (so Li mom can accept their marriage) and she will put more effort so that Li mom can accept her.
Xiang Jun then break the news that Chuang Mei from next month will be under Liang Group care. Wu Tong then told Xiang Jun to tell the truth why he gave up on Chuang Mei. Xiang Jun say that he's too busy and it's better to give Chuang Mei to a better hand. Wu Tong say she's going to quit if he's persistent on selling it to Liang Group, Xiang Jun ask for the reason and Wu Tong say there misunderstanding before between her and Liang Group. Xiang Jun say that he will talk things out with Mr Liang but Wu Tong say no need since she also plan to quit after the month ends since she want to spend more time with Tong Tong. Xiang Jun can accept it, and Wu Tong say he himself know why she want to quit and why ask further. Xiang Jun then ask if he's really that important for her to give up so many things, Wu Tong say that family and friend is her everything and for her to give up something for them to be happy then it's worthed. Wu Tong then ask Xiang Dad condition and told him to elaborate more, Xiang Jun told her that the only way is to find new liver donor and it's better if it's relative since there's higher match possibility. Xiang Jun play with Wu Tong soft heart and say that 'he' is the only one who can help, but Xiang dad can't ask since he have no right.
Wu Tong and Zhong Mou went on date, he booked the whole place down to celebrate their one month wedding anniversary. She then break the news that she quit and earn herself a kiss. Wu Tong then told Zhong Mou about Xiang dad condition and Xiang Jun is not a match and ask if he can become the donor. Zhong Mou say it must be heaven meaning since Xiang Jun is the only one he need and now he can't help. Wu Tong say not to regret his hasty decision, later he will hate himself more than he hate him (sorry for too many him he). Zhong Mou then ask if she ask because they were relatives or because he told her to persuade him. Wu Tong say it have nothing to do with Xiang Jun and it's all because of him and ask him why he should think that she will sacrifice him because she fell bad for Xiang Jun. Zhong Mou take his leave.
Zhong Mou then told Pa Li to look for hospital who have the best kidney department. Conference is held to mark the change of management, the press secretly say that Xiang Jun is using his marriage as a pawn to boost Xiang Group condition. Xiang Jun told Wu Tong don't listen to the press, Wu Tong say he did not have to explain and Xiang Jun say he did not know why but did not want her to misunderstand.

OMG this Episode is fill with lot's of emotion, love the way Zhong Mou express his feelings that have been bury for 30yrs and Li mom realise her terrible fault *finger-crossed* that result in a deep scar. Wah!! This Wu Tong really have guts, after Zhong Mou being so cool towards her and like finaly he prepare romantic dinner to celebrate their one month wedding anniversary and all happy, she have to bring the topic up and ruin the mood.. Can't wait till the night ends or what meh?? Think this thing only happened in drama land.. Is it just me or what?? OH btw love the way how Zhong Mou hug his son, like Tong Tong is his everything (well.., u know what I mean)
The conference begin, and PA Li come to congrats the Liang for acquiring Chuang Mei on behalf of Zhong MOu. The press ask if the competition is still going on between Li group and Xiang group to collaborate with Liang group, but the question is being brush off.
Xiang Jun then ask Wu Tong again if she can stay at Chuang Mei and say that he need her for personal matter since 'he' is the only one who's suitable as a donor. Xiang Jun want her to stay to accomplish his big mission, Liang group want to open a new branch and it need lot's of investment that Xiang group alone won't be able so he wants Zhong Mou to let go all his hatred towards Xiang Family and invest together in the project. Wu Tong ask if he want to resolve the hatred between all of them, Xiang Jun then say yes since he want to realise his father final wish and Zhong Mou also his half-brother. But Xiang Jun might have other agenda, I can tell because of the BGM.
The little family enjoying nice weather at the garden, Zhong Mou congratulate Wu Tong for the successful conference and ask when she plan to stop working. Wu Tong then break the news that she can't quit since Chuang Mei is very busy because of the transition. Zhong Mou ask if it's because of 'Him', and he can change her mind with a few word. Wu Tong ask him to think rationally since he's the one who help her and Zhang Yuan when they were at the dead-end. Zhong Mou give up and warn her that he like to use woman, and Wu Tong jump to his defence that he's not that kind of person and maybe all his action is to help his father. Zhong Mou all sour and say that she might now think that Xiang Jun is the filial son, and leave.
Wu Tong prepare midnight snack, Zhong Mou tease her for only preparing noodle. Zhong Mou then told her that he's just an ordinary man that wish his wife live a normal life and not to mention other man. Wu Tong turn down Zhong Mou invitation to US for holiday and use Tong Tong and Chuang Mei as the reason. Zhong Mou is unhappy that she's always using Tong Tong and make Chuang Mei her priority. Wu Tong try to rationale with Zhong Mou saying that she also want to try her best so that Zhong Mou and Xiang Jun can let go of their hatred and work together with Liang Group. Zhong Mou ask if she's being too innocent that their 30yrs hate can be solved easily by her few words.
The news is everywhere, predicting who will work together with Xiang group. Xiang Jun then ask WU Tong if she have told Zhong Mou about working together and Wu Tong shake her head. Wu Tong try to call Zhong Mou and end up leaving voicemail asking him to take care and that she and Tong Tong miss him. Zhong Mou heard her voicemail but zone out from his surrounding that make PA Li repeat whatever he's saying. Then it's reveal that during the business trip, hospital visit is being schedule (for kidney thingy). Zhong Mou told PA Li to stay behind and look closely at Liang project and not let personal matter (Wu Tong) interfere.
The bid for collaboration with Liang Group is going on. PA Li see Wu Tong at the bid, and told her that she should consider her status as Zhong Mou wife and yet helping Xiang Group to snatch the project. Wu Tong then speak her mind and say told him to persuade Zhong Mou so that the 3group (Liang, Li, Xiang) can work together and it might resolve their problem. Pa Li then told Wu Tong that he have been following Zhong Mou for a long time and know the stories and it's not something that can be resolve easily, moreover Zhong Mou is not someone show did not value relatives. But being cut off by the announcement.
In US, Zhong Mou meet with the doctor and it's announce that he and Xiang dad is the most suitable donor. PA Li then report to Zhong Mou that Liang group have debrief them, but still Liang Rui Qiang want to work with both Xiang and Li group. Zhong Mou told Pa Li that it's not possible.
PA Li and Ye Qi went for a cup of coffee, PA li the ask Yue Qi why Xiang jun suddenly change his mind and want to join the project and if she's not afraid if Xiang Jun is using her. Yue Qi say that people say you fall in love because you owe to much to that person from the past lifetime, and if Xiang and Liang can work together they might get married coz she can stick with him frequently. The two end up fighting, when Pa Li remind her that Xiang Jun did not love her.
Xiang Jun say that if Zhong Mou wanted to work together he will offer Xiang group shares to represent his gratitude, and Wu Tong bite the bait to persuade Zhong Mou to work together. Xiang Jun bought Tong Tong gift again.
Li mom let out her frustration on PA Li asking where's Zhong Mou and what matter is more important than Liang project that now Liang have show interest on Xiang Group... (Well, I guess ur lover is more important hehe). Wu Tong visit Li mansion only to be kick out directly, Tong Tong come and happy to see the gift from Xiang Jun. Li mom is angry that Tong Tong called him familiarly, and say if he like he can become Xiang family. Tong Tong cry like crazy, and WU Tong told Li mom that indeed Tong Tong is Xiang Family and she should not let her frustration to Tong Tong since he's still young. Li mom then ask if she's working together with Xiang Jun to tear Zhong Mou apart, Wu Tong ask why should she?, and Li mom say because that year Zhong Mou gave up on her and make her life difficult so now she know that she can get benefit from both side. Wu Tong say she love Zhong Mou and she did not want him to live in a painful despair world that's why she want the brother to reconcile, and maybe if they can Li mom have change with Xiang dad again. Li Mom is angry that it has nothing to do with her, Li mom try to kick Wu Tong out but Wu Tong is persistent that lead to Li Mom collapse being sent to the ER.
Xiang Jun come to the ER, and ask what happened. The helper is unhappy with Xiang Jun presence. Zhong Mou come and the doctor say that it have no life threatening issue but if it happened again it will not be good. Li Mom wake up asking where she is, and told Zhong Mou if he know that 'woman' come to harm him and her relationship with Xiang Jun is not simple. Zhong Mou just deep sigh, and say that there must be some misunderstanding
Back at the pad, Wu Tong apologise for her action. Zhong Mou then told her what would she think if she come back from business trip heard that mom collapse because of pressure and then see wifey infront of the ER with ex-lover, and told her to consider his feelings. Wu Tong say he just think too much, and that Xiang Jun come because he heard Li mom collapse. Wu Tong sob and tell her story what happened that day, and feel sorry for what happened. Zhong Mou end up consoling her, and told WU Tong if she did not want to be misunderstood by someone it's better that she keep her distance. Wu Tong agree, and ask what she have to do that she make Li mom like this. Zhong Mou say he believe her that she did everything because she want to be accepted by Li Mom.
Li mom decline Xiang Jun visit, but shut up when she's inform that Xiang dad also come. Xiang Jun just whale Xiang Dad in and leave the two alone. Xiang dad say he can't believe that he will so fast see her again and maybe some words cannot be uttered carelessly now that they r old. Li mom told him not to be desperate since she will persuade Zhong Mou, Xiang dad say he did not ever play his role as a father and if Zhong Mou hate him he understand. Li Mom did not want him dad since after 20yrs they finally start talking again and remind him that Zhong Mou is his son so he should save him. Xiang Dad grab Li mom hands.

Xiang Jun is just one useless son., he just think of an easy solution which is to ask for Zhong Mou kidney.. You think people give their kidney easily, especially for rich people who still have a toddler son and moreover its for someone you hate very much??
