½ - ¾ c. honey
¼ c. soy
¼ c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 t. garlic powder)
3-4 lb. pork loin roast
pepper and red pepper, to taste
Sprinkle pork loin with pepper and crushed red pepper. Place pork loin in crock pot fat side up. Mix honey, soy, and olive oil. Pour over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred, pull, or chop pork as desired. Can reduce sauce by half in a saucepan for a thicker sauce, if desired.
