LRHS Senior Assassin 2024
Coordinators: Madison Morita and Gabi Batista
Instagram Account: @lrhsassassin
The Game: If you don’t already know by now, Senior Assassin is a game played between seniors in which players are assigned a target and work towards eliminating them by splashing them with a water gun (or water balloons if you think you can aim). If you are sprayed/hit by your “assassin”, you are out of the game! The game is not allowed to be played on school grounds/campus!!
Entry: $5 per person, must be paid through venmo to Madison Morita or cash to Gabi Batista BY MARCH 29th.
- Venmo: @MMorita416
- If you’re paying for other people, please include their name(s) and yours in the venmo message with ALL of your phone numbers.
- If you don't have Venmo, please give cash to Gabi Batista in a plastic bag with your first name, last name, and phone number written on the bag.
- Once we receive your money, you are considered signed up for the game. (You must pay to play!!)
- All of the entry money will be held and awarded to the winner at the end of the game!
2024 Year Deadlines:
- All payments are due by Friday March 29th at midnight.
- The game will officially start Tuesday April 2nd, you will be notified of your assignment Sunday night, March 31.
- The first week will end Saturday night at 11:59pm, April 6th.
How it Works:
- After paying, you are considered part of the game!
- Every Sunday night, coordinators will text you the name of another player as your assigned “target”.
- The goal is to get your target out by the end of the week by squirting them with a water gun or hitting them with a water balloon.
- If you successfully eliminate your target (without being eliminated yourself), you will advance to the next week and get a new target.
- Remember, you are also someone else’s target, so even if you’re advancing you can still get out if your assassin eliminates you.
- We HIGHLY recommend videoing your eliminations as proof and you must take a picture with your target to send to the @lrhsassassin instagram.
- Once you have eliminated your target, submit a picture/video to the Instagram to be notified of your new target. ;)
- No switching assignments!! Any kills that you make that aren’t your assigned target DO NOT COUNT.
- The first week starts Tuesday morning, the rest will start Monday morning. The week ends Saturday at 11:59pm. to give coordinators time to make new assignments and eliminate those who didn't “kill” their target.
- You are OUT if your assassin gets you out (via water gun) or if you fail to eliminate your target by the end of the week. We will not be lenient!
Weapons:
- SPLATBALL GUNS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU USE THEM.
- All water guns and water balloons are allowed. We recommend nerf water guns; you can get at Target/Walmart.
- If you have questions about your weapons, ask the coordinators.
- Water balloons must be a direct hit and must pop on your target to count.
- Nothing other than water will count!! Only water from water guns and water balloons.
Important Restrictions
- NO ELIMINATIONS ON LEESVILLE SCHOOL PROPERTY!
- That includes the parking lot, anywhere inside the school, the front loop, practice fields, etc.
- Any school events are also off-limits (including off-campus events). PARKING LOTS OF THOSE EVENTS COUNT
- If you go off-campus for lunch, you are FAIR GAME once you leave the parking lot.
- Parking lots other than the LEESVILLE school parking lot are fair game. If you are leaving an off-limits area like your workplace, you are fair game in the parking lot.
- Eliminations will NOT COUNT in the following places:
- Your target’s workplace/practice
- Any places of worship
- INSIDE your target’s home
- You may eliminate a target in their yard, driveway, street, or shed, but they are safe once they step into their garage or home.
- If an adult such as a parent, guardian, or member of a house asks you to leave, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE. Not doing so may result in disqualification.
- Trespassing on other areas when asked to leave is also off limits.
- If their garage is open and they are inside of it, you cannot shoot them.
- Shooting a target in their car WHILE IT IS IN PARK is fair game.
- NO DRIVE-BY SHOTS
PLEASE USE YOUR COMMON SENSE AND BE SAFE!
If you break any of these rules we will know and you will be disqualified. Don’t be dumb.
Assassinations:
- If you were killed and try to avoid it or lie about it, you will be marked as killed anyway. Be honest and accept the loss.
- No arguing. If you are having real disagreements with your target/assassin the coordinators will step in.
- This is why we ask that you record ALL attempts at a kill.
- Any “kills” that are not your target will obviously not count.
- Again, even if you eliminate your target you are NOT SAFE FROM YOUR ASSASSIN. Stay vigilant people.
- Photos after eliminations with the assassin and target in the frame are required.
- Videos are highly encouraged
- No Proof=No Kill
If you have SnapChat, we are requiring your Snap Maps to stay on! You may not get other people to log into your snap for you and will be disqualified if we catch you. If we have to give you a warning more than once, whether it is about Snap location or poor behavior, you will be disqualified.
Money Distribution:
The coordinators, Gabi and Maddie are sacrificing a good amount of time and energy into this organization, therefore will receive a part of the funds coming from payments. Out of the total made by March 30, 2024, we will take 20%. This is 10% for each coordinator, leaving 80% as the overall price of the game.
Disclaimer:
By paying to be in the game and having your name officially listed as a player, you are agreeing to play by the rules listed and abide by the coordinators. Breaking any of these rules will result in your disqualification from the game. The coordinators are just the organizers of the game and do not take responsibility for the actions performed by the participants. This game is not officially affiliated with Leesville Road High School.
