- YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE OF HANDLING ONLINE PURCHASES USING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT.
- YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE CREDIT CARD AND/OR BANK ACCOUNT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
- WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

By commissioning me, you hereby read and agree to Aspway, otherwise known as Wasp Productions’ T.O.S.
Section 1 - Service
- One slot per person at a time.
- I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE under any circumstance. Harassment, threats, “stalk”, disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.
- I WILL NOT DRAW racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, graphic fetishes and/or pornographic material or any nsfw.
- Understand that I am a student and cannot be working on your art piece 24/7
Section 2- Usage
- Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). If you paid for the artwork or received a freebie from me, you are not allowed to remove the watermark and/or change the art slightly to claim you made it.
- All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly (Deviantart, Instagram, etc) with credit to the owner of the character.
- You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name “Aspway” or “WaspProductions” with a link to any of the following websites above this document.
- PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.
Section 3 - Payment
- NO REFUNDS. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances or you refund before the lineart stage is completed.
- Payment must be made first before I start the artwork. (Keep in mind I use Paypal)
- Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY AND NAME DROPPED ON ALL PUBLIC SITES AS A WARNING.
- If you would like your artwork to be done in less than one week (three work days at the least) then you must pay an extra $10+ for rushed order (price may vary depending on complexity) to complete the artwork UNDER MY APPROVAL. This will put you as a top priority. Rush order must be stated before invoice is sent.
Section 4 - Artwork Process
- You will only get TWO FREE MAJOR REVISIONS for the sketch stage (ex: changing poses, character, gender) and once during the coloring stage. Minor revisions such as changing hair style, expressions and/or accessories are unlimited under reasonable circumstances. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.
- All artwork is saved in PNG format. They are cropped (if no background) to reduce negative space. All types of art also have a default size in pixels. However, if you plan to print the artwork and/or would like it to be done on a larger canvas please specify before payment.
- Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE as communication is crucial for the artwork process.
If you do not agree to these Terms, THEN you are not allowed to commission me.
