    *Addendum to inoculation information. All staff members will be offered an influenza vaccination in October of each year. The vaccination shall be administered according to pharmaceutical guidelines by either the School Nurse or a qualified agency as appointed by the corporation. Fees are to be determined on a yearly basis.

    Staff members in the following job classifications have responsibilities for which they could reasonably anticipate exposure to blood and other potentially-infectious materials: 1.School Nurses 2. Building Techs 3.Special Education Teachers and Aides who work with students who are prone to biting, scratching, and other such actions that can cause bleeding or exposure to saliva and other body fluids. 4. Teachers in vocational/technical education whose students work with equipment that can cause cuts or other injuries that produce bleeding. 5. Members of school staff who have been designated to provide first aid when and if necessary. 6. Coaches 7. Bus Drivers 8.Playground Supervisors. 9. Kitchen/Cafeteria Workers If you fill one of the above staff positions or feel you are at risk, Hepatitis B immunizations are offered.
