Whenever your student group is holding an event, however big or small, we want to know about it!

Filling out this form ensures that we get to know about your event at the earliest possible date this is useful for avoiding clashes, advertising the event and to make sure the event can be covered safely and under the insurance.

There is no deadline for this application form, but fill it out at the earliest opportunity. It then means we can help you as much as possible and if you require to create a budget or Risk Assessment you have plenty of time to do this.
