SCSY XL Homestay and Food Accommodations
To make SCSY XL even more accessible than in years past, we are offering a streamlined homestay and food accomodations program that extends beyond the award that we provide. Please have the head delegate or advisor of your delegation fill out this form by August 18, 2017, 11:59 p.m.

Please take note that space and availability are limited by virtue of the number of volunteers we have for homestay and by the budget we can afford for food accommodations. We will do our best to ensure that we can address each delegation's needs to the best of our abilities. As such, SCSY reserves the right to grant partial allocations of the request (e.g. homestay but not food accommodations or vice versa, stipends for food, etc.).

Furthermore, those who are not selected for the other awards (Breaking Boundaries, Individual Delegate, and Group Delegation), are automatically considered as requests for homestay and food accommodations. If your delegation or you as an individual delegate applied for one of these awards, should you not receive it, your application will be considered as your response to this form.
