SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION. Completed applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon receipt and review of your application, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your participation. All selected participants will receive an email with a final instruction packet approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

ENTRY RULES:
1. Entry is based on a 1st come/1st serve basis with completed advance application.
2. Recipes must be original and created by the contestant.
3. Dish must be prepared at home and brought to the contest on the day of the event. Contestants may do final touches during set up time.
4. Display must not exceed 24".
5. Dish may be titled.
6. Contestant will need to have enough arroz con pollo to feed approximately 10 - 15 small, 4 oz. servings.
7. Contestants will be responsible for providing their own cooling/heating element if necessary. Sternos are recommended as electricity may not be available.
8. Contestant must stand behind dish and serve to judges.
9. Celebra tu Herencia Committee will provide eating utensils/plates for judges. Contestants will be responsible for providing their own serving utensil to scoop/cut/serve their dishes to the judges.
10. The contestant must be present to win.
11. The decision of the judges shall be final and left to their discretion.
