Internet Issue Ticket Submission Form
This form is notify the appropriate department of IT connectivity issues as well as cable equipment issues. If you are experiencing a maintenance issue, you should report that directly to University Maintenance through the tab listed on our website, www.nicholls.edu/housing/maintenance.

Please note that requests submitted electronically are only monitored during normal operating hours (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.).

Please allow ample time for your request to be tended to before submitting duplicate requests.
