Please note that maintenance requests submitted electronically are only monitored during normal operating hours (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). Should you have an emergency, please contact the R.A. on-duty for your building.

Maintenance issues that typically are considered an emergency include:

1. No Heat.
2. Power outages that impact an entire apartment, floor, or building.
3. Flooding.
4. Vandalism that requires the securing of an area.
5. Windows that are completely broken out.
6. Alarms associated with fires or other disasters.

Also, please be as SPECIFIC as possible. For example, stating "toilet broken" does not tell us that the flushing mechanism is not working.

Please allow ample time for your request to be tended to before submitting duplicate requests.


***Normal completion time is 48 hours from time received in the Residential Living Office. Please note that your submission of this work order is permission to enter your residential space to complete work without any other prior notice.***
