David Hershberg Scholarship Award Ceremony & Reception
Please join us on Tuesday, April 19 at Moonshine University as we honor the 2016 Hershberg Scholarship recipients: Alice Kennedy and Amos Izerimana.

This event includes both an evening reception and awards ceremony, in addition to an opportunity to hear Tara Sorrels, last year's Hershberg Scholarship recipient, deliver a presentation on her climate change research conducted in Iceland last summer. We hope you can join us for what will be an informative, engaging evening!

The David Hershberg Scholarship for Study Abroad was established in the memory of David Hershberg, a Louisville educator, mentor, and guiding force in the creation and development of the Louisville International Cultural Center (now the World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana). Dr. Hershberg was a career faculty member in Romance Languages at the University of Louisville, and was particularly known for his dedication to his students and their development.
