Confirmation and Order Processing

All changes to existing Giraffemail implementations will be processed within 48 hours of submission. All new orders will be processed and training delivered within 3 working days.

Fees are invoiced in advance for the period. Payment is strictly 30 days. Payments are collected by Direct Debit only. You will be sent a direct debit mandate to authorise, following your order.
