Re-enrollment form
As a current Willowwind family, you receive priority regarding re-enrollment for both this coming summer and 2014-2015 school year.  Please indicate your student schedule selections below (this includes families who may be making other educational arrangements in the coming year).  Families with multiple children attending are asked to complete a re-enrollment form for each child.

This re-enrollment form is due on or before Friday, January 17th.  If you indicate you will be returning to Willowwind, you will receive your contract on or before Friday, January 24th.   Contracts and deposits (a half month of tuition) will be due by Friday, January 31st  in order to secure your child’s spot prior to Open Enrollment.  Please note:   Open Enrollment for children new to Willowwind begins Monday, February 3rd.

Ignite a Passion for Learning for Others.        
It costs Willowwind School $12,000 per student to educate a child.  Student tuition and fees cover approximately 70%.  The remainder must be made up by through Parent Donations, Annual Fund Contributions, the Student Tuition Organization (STO) and Community Donor Gifts.  I/We wish to help Ignite a Passion for Learning by supporting Willowwind Enrollment for another student.
