Potential Bullying, Harassment and/or Hazing Notification
The School Board seeks to provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Bullying,  harassment, and/or hazing, disrupts both a student’s ability to learn and the school’s ability to educate its students in a safe environment. Therefore, the Board will not tolerate student bullying, harassment, and/or hazing, in any form while on District grounds or at any District sponsored events.  The purpose of this notification is to collect specific information so that we may investigate allegations of bullying, harassing and/or hazing behavior in a timely manner.
 
Prior to completing this notification please consider the definitions of bullying, harassment, hazing and conflict as defined in the policy below.  If you believe your concern is bullying, harassment and/or hazing, please continue with your report. If you believe it is conflict, please contact the building administrator directly.

Bullying and harassment encompass unacceptable behavior(s) as defined in the Board Policy 411.1 (http://go.boarddocs.com/wi/wfbschools/Board.nsf/goto?open&id=C2KL5A54D9F3).

This notification can be anonymous, so you are not required to include your name or the name of the victim if you choose not to.  That being said having the ability to follow up for additional information may most likely assist in curbing undesired behavior.  

Knowing the name of the alleged victim, reporter, or any witnesses, assists us in investigating the incident as thoroughly as possible so please include information as you feel comfortable.   Disciplinary action will not be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of a report or allegation.
