The Right to Rectification
In the event you wish your information to be amended, modified or corrected, this is know as "the right to rectification". The Right to Erasure
Also known as the "the right to be forgotten". We will consider the grounds for your request and decide whether we need to comply or whether the law allows us to refuse.
The Right to Subject Access Request
The ICO makes reference to a "subject access request", which basically allows you the legal right to ask us for a copy of all the information we hold about you. If you would like to submit a "subject access request" case, please could you email email@example.com with "Subject Access Request - YOUR FULL NAME" in the subject line. We will provide you this information within one month of the date your subject access request email was received by W&G Recruitment.
NOTE: In the event you have requested for all your personal information to be deleted, we cannot be held responsible if at some point in the future, your information is obtained and re-entered onto our systems as we will not have any records kept in regards to your previous request to delete information.
