The Right to Rectification
In the event you wish your information to be amended, modified or corrected, this is know as "the right to rectification". The ICO makes reference to a "subject access request", which basically allows you the legal right to ask us for a copy of all the information we hold about you. We will provide you this information within one month of the date your subject access request email was received by W&G Recruitment.
NOTE: In the event you have requested for all your personal information to be deleted, we cannot be held responsible if at some point in the future, your information is obtained and re-entered onto our systems as we will not have any records kept in regards to your previous request to delete information.
