West- MEC Campus Tour Request Form
Would you like to see what your potential future pathway could look like at West-MEC? Please read the statements below as they may pertain to your tour request, then proceed to complete the form to request a visit with us!  Once you submit your request, recruiters will contact you by using the email you've listed on the request. 

Tours are ONLY available on weekdays. 

FAMILIES/INDEPENDENT TOURS: Please request your tour with at least one week notice for your desired date. We will reach out concerning your request as soon as we can.

FOR LARGE GROUPS: Please request your tour with at least one month notice for your desired date. We will reach out concerning your request as soon as we can.

POTENTIAL ADULT EDUCATION ONLY:  This form is for Early (Elementary) Recruitment and High School Recruitment. Please email adulted@west-mec.org or call (623) 738-0046 to speak with an Adult Education Admissions Rep to schedule a tour and discuss further specifics with you. Thank you!

ELEMENTARY ONLY: Please note that we cannot accommodate groups larger than 60 students at one time. Groups larger than 60 students will need to be split into multiple tour times or multiple days. Tours are tentative until confirmed by both parties. Once your tour has been scheduled, we will set up a virtual meeting with you to answer any questions and go over further tour details.
  • Note: 8th grade Elementary tours are only offered during the Spring semester. K-7th grade groups can request recruiters for a classroom presentation or career day through our Request a Recruiter form.
  • Note: West-MEC tours are only ONE hour long. Tours will conclude an hour after your arrival.
  • Note: We do not have any space available to host a lunch for your group. Please plan accordingly.

Tours at Northwest Campus (13201 W Grand Ave, Surprise, AZ 85374) are offered at 10:30am

Tours at Southwest Campus (500 N. Verrado Way, Buckeye, AZ 85326) are offered at 9:45am

Tours at Northeast Campus (1617 W Williams Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85027) are offered at 9:45am

Tours at Central Campus (6997 N Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85307) are offered at 9:45am
