Mini Reunion Reporting Form

This form should be completed by the Class Vice President or the Mini Reunion Hostess after every Mini-Reunion. Note: If the Mini Reunion Hostess submits a report, all pertinent event information also should be submitted to the Class Vice President. Class Vice Presidents prepare an annual report of all Mini Reunion efforts, including a list of all events (with attendance), and submit it to the Class President by June of each year. Class Presidents, in turn, submit this information as part of her Class Annual Report to the WCAA, which is due on June 30th. At every Mini Reunion, Vice Presidents and/or Hostesses should remember to take attendance, solicit feedback from attendees, and record your own thoughts on the success of the venue, date, and any other relevant information.
