All applications are subject to final approval by the Juneteenth Committee and are on a first-come-first served basis. Applicants will receive confirmation by mail or email, if provided. NOTE: It’s your responsibility to have the necessary Weber County Health Department TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS and/or OGDEN CITY SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSE, AND FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT, if applicable and comply with their regulations. *If selling items, you are responsible for reporting and paying applicable State Taxes* *
