QZ Gen Aud FY14 Teen and Children's Programs
Please fill in the fields below to register.  Once you submit this request, the registrar will contact you within 3 business days to collect your payment information and confirm your reservation.  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR SPOT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE COLLECT PAYMENT.  Courses are held rain, snow, or shine.  

There will be no refunds for withdrawals from programs made less than four weeks prior to the course date.   All cancellation requests must be made in writing either by e-mail (qzeducation@wcs.org) or fax (718-271-4441).  Due to administrative costs, a 50% refund will be provided upon receipt of written cancellation if received 4 weeks in advance.  We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration.  In the event of program cancellation a full refund will be made.
