The Homebuyer Club covers the basics for first-time homebuyers. It is available to anyone interested in learning more about the entire homebuying and mortgage processes as well as those already working with a lender. There is a one-time $25 registration fee for this course.

eHome America is an online platform available to anyone interested in tackling homebuyer education class at their own pace. The online class through eHome America is $125.

Both options satisfy lender requirements to secure various homebuyer assistance and mortgage programs.

Our Renting Right class provides attendees with a better understanding of fair housing laws, landlord and tenant responsibilities, financial management, security deposit laws, and much much more.

The Foundations of Wealth Building class will help you learn what impacts credit scores and how to boost them, how to reduce debt, and identify your rights as a consumer.

And lastly, the Keep My Home workshop will cover emergency budgets, repayment options including forbearance, partial claims, and modifications, as well as how to communicate with your servicer.

We also offer foreclosure education through eHome America. This is general foreclosure information to help you understand the overall process and understand terms used by servicers to identify stages in foreclosure.
