Household Accounts are created manually.  Once completed, we will send you an invite to begin the process of completing your account.  This is where you will create your own Username and Password.  The invite will come from WAUWATOSAREC@RECTRAC.COM.  This invite link will expire after 24 hours.

If you are applying for an account on a Friday evening, weekend or holiday, please note that the invite will be issued on the next business day.

IF YOUR CHILD IS CURRENTLY IN SCHOOL, PLEASE LIST THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR'S GRADE.  THESE GRADES CARRY INTO OUR SUMMER SEASON AND ARE ADJUSTED AUTOMATICALLY IN THE FALL.  Use .25 if your child is in K4 and .5 if your child is in K5.

GMAIL users should check their Promotions folder in addition to their SPAM/Junk folders for this invite.

If you already have a household account and have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password function at the log in box located in the Registration tab.  IF YOU NEED TO ADD FAMILY MEMBERS AFTER INITIAL INSTALLATION, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT OUT OFFICE TO ADD THEM FOR YOU.

Be sure to adjust your Trusted Sender settings on your internet browser so that you are able to receive emails from WAUWATOSAREC@RECTRAC.COM.  (CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS.  GMAIL USERS SHOULD ALSO CHECK THEIR PROMOTIONS FOLDER).
