OR Communication and iterations come infrequently and are not always based on client feedback.Clients' needs are ignored and communication is non-existent. OR Client relationship is not built on mutual respect.This standard is all about servant leadership. We should take every relationship we have as one of service. We're trying to find out what our client wants, we're communicating our progress with the client, we're sharing iterations frequently, we're treating our clients respectfully. Our goal is to provide value to our client and to make it so they want to be repeat clients with APEX. To be secure in this standard, you can show that you have put your clients needs first and communicated clearly and proffesionally on a frequent basis.
