VLC Facility Use
This form is for all events held at Victory Life Church (VLC). All information must be completed and submitted prior to its review by the VLC Staff. Form must be filled out two weeks in advance. Please note: events may be subject to a rental/cleaning fee.

This form is not approval for an event. This form is simply a request and must be approved by VLC Staff prior to being put on the VLC calendar or being publicized.
