Synopsis
7
This spreadsheet summarises Israeli and Palestinian violations of the Egyptian brokered ceasefire that ended Israel's Operation Pillar of Cloud military offensive on Gaza on 21 November 2012, up to the start of Israel's Operation Protective Edge on 8 July 2012. The ceasefire was agreed to by Israeli authorities and by various Palestinian groups in Gaza. In addition to an end to hostilities, the agreement demanded that Israel ease its blockade.

Notes
10
1. The reported violations listed in this spreadsheet build on sources collected by The Jerusalem Fund (Israeli violations), and various Wikipedia editors (Palestinian violations). We have reviewed all sources and corrected a number of errors, but cannot guarantee that this spreadsheet covers all reported violations and, futher, there will likely have been violations that went unreported.
11
2. The counting of violations is in the form of 'days of violations', ie. days on which each party violated the ceasefire. The type of violation for each day relates to the worst violation on that date. In the case of days of multiple violations, where possible multiple sources are included to cover incidents in which injury occured. In many cases 'death' or 'injury' relates to violations against multiple persons.
12
3. The Egyptian-brokered ceasefire included provisions for a loosening of the blockade on Gaza, which were violated by Israel throughout much of the ceasefire, and are not included in daily violations.
