Application to sell items at the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire - August 5 & 6,12 & 13,19 & 20 , 2017

Fees per Weekend
Merchant - 15' x 15' space $300 + $10/linear foot of frontage after first 15 feet.

Roving Merchant - $100 Must have mobile set up that moves every 30 minutes. There is a limited number of Roving merchants allowed.

Food Merchant - 12' x 12' space $585 + $15/linear foot of frontage after first 15 feet.

Electricity - 110 amp - Grey Water Containers - (Food Merchants ONLY)

ALL Merchants must have insurance with a minimum of $1,000.000/occurrence and General Aggregate of $2,000,000

Verbiage for Underwriter:
"Washington Renaissance Arts and Education Society, Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire, and the Kelley Farm, LLC and their agents, officers, employees, and servants are made additional insureds.” August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 2017."

Have Underwriters sent to:

REFUND POLICY: Full refund can be requested up to 60 days before Faire - June 1, 2017 in writing via email or letter to the Merchant Coordinator. After that date there is NO refund and all fees paid become property of the Washington Renaissance Arts & Education Society.
