Use this form to automatically create a Google Doc for your unit plan! After you sign in with your
venturaedu.org credentials, the magic of Google will create a new shared document for you and you will receive an email with a link to edit it. The title of the document will be something like "MSAP Learning Plan:School:Learning Plan Title."
Note: the document will also be automatically shared with the MSAP Director so please keep it clean out there.
