Breakout Room Reservation
Rooms in Snead Hall support the instructional and research missions of the School of Business. Breakout Rooms are intended for GROUP USE by School of Business graduate and undergraduate students. To be eligible to reserve rooms, you must have declared a business major or have the designation Business Foundations (BFO) within the School of Business. If you are not a School of Business student you are welcome to utilize the Breakout Rooms but will not be able to reserve them.

Please note that this is only a request and not a guarantee for the room. Please plan accordingly and allow up to 2 business days for your request to be processed. If you are requesting a room for another party, please include the name and email of this party under the Event Contact and Event Email. Students should include their V number for verification of reservation eligibility. If you would like to receive a response as a requesting party, please include your name and email in the Notes section. An e-mail response will be sent to the Requesting Party and the Event Contact upon request disposition.

Breakout rooms may only be reserved for 3 hours at a time, per day, and cannot be reserved more than ten days in advance. Any requests outside of this criteria and/or recurring reservation will be rejected.


Please note that Breakout room hours are subject to change during holidays, reading days, Spring Break, special events, etc.
Breakout rooms are available during the following hours during the normal semester:

Monday-Thursday: 7AM-10PM
Friday: 7AM-4:00PM
Saturday: 7AM-4PM
Sunday: 9AM-3PM
