The AFSA 2013-2014 team will begin a part of its transition with the AFSA 2014-2015 team at the Eastern Canadian Leadership Retreat (ECLR). AFSA 2014-2015 will be sending 4 delegates, to be accompanied by the President from the 2013-2014 team. ECLR will be held June 13th to 15th at the Sprott School of Business. Travel and delegate fees for ECLR will be reimbursed through the regular business process within the 2014-2015 AFSA budget for CABS conferences.   Are you available to attend ECLR from June 13th to 15th at the Sprott School of Business, provided that your travel logistics be coordinated in part by the outgoing AFSA team?  Yes/No: If no, why? *
The AFSA 2013-2014 team will conclude the majority of its transition during an incoming-outgoing retreat at a location TBD. The location will be outside of the KW region. Cars will be coordinated by the outgoing team - some incoming Execs may be required to drive if they have a car. The retreat will go over the in's and out's of AFSA, the roles of the Execs, past AFSA history, and future planning for the year to come. It will be an integral and important starting point for the AFSA 2014-2015 team.  I recognize that the Incoming/Outgoing AFSA Retreat will be on the weekend of June 20, 21, 22 and, if elected/appointed, I will prepare my academia and other arrangements around this weekend to ensure my availability for this landmark event of my potential AFSA team's year: *
