SCEL Student Record Request
Student Record FAQs (please read carefully):

It is extremely important that all student record requests have your name as shown on your SCEL ID Card.

Registration and Transcript Holds: A hold will stop you from either registering or getting a copy of your transcript or both. A Registration or Transcript hold is placed on your student record if you have an outstanding financial obligation to SCEL or have not met a particular enrollment requirement.

Please allow at least 24-48 hours for all student record requests.

All student records are held with the REGISTRAR for pickup unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Each record requested after two (2) records, per session, will incur a $20.00 charge per request (unless otherwise specified).

Students cannot request records for anyone other than themselves.

Proof of Enrollment (SACM requires 3-4 months enrollment BEFORE a student applying for a scholarship can send transcripts) (Also used for the DMV); student may request a POE after a minimum of 4 weeks enrollment is completed.

Unofficial Transcript (Student must be enrolled at least 4 weeks, or 1 month, BEFORE a transcript can be created)

Only complete transcripts will be provided. SCEL does not issue partial records. Completed sessions have final grades posted; current sessions show that you IP (IN PROGRESS) in place of grades.

Please do not submit duplicate requests without speaking to SCEL Student Services first to determine if a duplicate is necessary.
