Mental Health Initiative Fund Application Form
The Mental Health Initiative Fund allows UPEI students to develop and strengthen new and existing mental health initiatives at UPEI. Recognizing that all members of our campus community are affected by mental health issues, the goal of this fund is to encourage students to plan, execute, and raise awareness to address issues of Mental Health at UPEI.

Examples of projects could include but are not limited to: conferences, peer support groups, speaker series, research projects, stress busting/exam week events, film screenings, workshops, training sessions, and on/off campus events.

All applications requesting more than $500 should be completed and submitted by October 12th, 2018.
