Join the Refugee Support Team!
UPC’s Refugee Support Team is an opportunity to volunteer your time and talents to refugees in our community – as a specific need arises and to the extent that you are available. Your information will become part of a list of UPC volunteers who are interested in performing specific jobs on an as-needed basis (e.g., a person who needs a ride to a doctor’s appointment). The team will support the activities of Refugee Community Partnership (RCP), a local refugee support organization (
). When RCP notifies UPC of a specific need, UPC’s Refugee Support Team lead will contact those volunteers who have expressed an interest in providing the specific service. Please indicate below the activities for which you are interested in volunteering. You can also sign up online at

Opportunities to serve:
Providing transportation for an appointment or errand
Providing help and/or a truck, van, or SUV for moving
Organizing a drive for food, furniture, clothing, or other items
Assisting with legal issues
Assisting with taxes or other financial matters
