The Degree Audit Request Form should only be submitted if your degree evaluation is classified as NON-CAPP.    

     - Readmitted/Reactivated student who first entered UNCG prior to 2001
     - Continuing student with credit from UNCG prior to 2001

If you have not been officially readmitted to the University (i.e. you have been out of attendance for more than 2 consecutive semesters) please contact the Office of Admissions - http://www.uncg.edu/admissions/

Audits will only be completed for students who have officially declared majors.  Audit requests do not change your major.  If you  are considering a change to your major, please seek the following site: https://web.uncg.edu/reg/secure/majorchange.asp

If you meet the requirements for a CAPP evaluation or Degree Works evaluation, DO NOT fill out this form.  Students who fall into the CAPP or Degree Works classification and submit this form, will not receive a response from the URO.  For assistance in understanding your classification, please refer to the following link: http://reg.uncg.edu/degree-evaluation/
