Media Consultation Request Form
Get help with a media project by making an appointment to sit down with a professional consultant! Appointments occur between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Please send your request with at least one week of notice and offer multiple possible meeting times to insure the best chance of finding a time. Typically, a single one-hour or two half-hour appointments are made per project, and during peak business times, we may have to adhere to this limit. If you will be late or must reschedule you must contact the consultant directly or the SMART Learning Commons. Failing to notify us may result in not being able to reschedule. Questions? Please contact Charlie Heinz (heinz062@umn.edu), for further questions regarding media production support in SMART or faculty members looking for support in developing student media assignments and class outreach.

You will receive a response within one business day. If you need to reach someone sooner than that, please contact the Walter Library SMART Learning Commons desk: (612) 624-1584 or smartmedia@umn.edu. During Fall and Spring, the service desk is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm, except on University holidays.
