Disability Resource Center - Interpreting Services Feedback
Please tell us about your experience with interpreting this semester. Feedback is important to us and we'll share your feedback/comments with the interpreter.  This will give the interpreter an opportunity to incorporate your feedback into their work. This evaluation will help us improve our services to you - thank you for taking the time to complete this evaluation!

You are welcome to submit an evaluation for each interpreter you work with this semester, as often as you like. After submitting the survey there will be a link to "submit another response". That will bring you to a new evaluation.

If you want to submit feedback in ASL, please contact Cheryl Fielitz (Manager of Interpreting Services) at brdli001@umn.edu to set up a time to meet via video chat.
