Henderson House Application
Henderson House is a small, economical co-op for sophomores through graduate students. Residents of the house share household responsibilities including cooking and cleaning. Henderson House is located within walking distance from Central Campus in a residential area. Prospective residents should be able to commit to living in the house for the full academic year (Fall and Winter semesters)

Henderson House thrives on being a collaborative community; therefore, it is important that all residents can actively embrace a cooperative lifestyle. Henderson House welcomes applications on a rolling basis; however, it is critical for applicants to have a back up plan should they not be offered a space in Henderson House.

Prospective residents interested in living in University Housing if they are not offered a space in Henderson House should participate in Housing Sign-Up and a select a space in a residence hall or apartment they can see themselves living in the whole year. If they are subsequently offered and accept a space in Henderson House, their residence hall or apartment assignment will be cancelled in favor of an assignment in Henderson House.

If an applicant is interested in Henderson House and does not want to live in University Housing for the next year, they should be prepared to find off-campus housing if they are not offered a space at the house.
