Poster Presentation
Selected participants will display a 34" x 44" informational poster in the exhibit area and answer questions during poster sessions. All participants are expected to use a poster template provided by the event committee, who will also handle printing logistics and cost. If you are unable to attend the event, please list the name of the individuals(s) who will represent your poster in your application. The poster session is intended to be casual and conversational; there will be no formal presentation.

Formal Presentations
A select number of applicants will give a formal presentation, ranging from 20-45 minutes, including time for Q&A. Presentations may include demonstrations, slides, and other media. Please note the length of your presentation on your application.
