Chapter Roster Update Form
This report is to be submitted throughout the academic year to document changes to your roster. For 2017-2018, the deadlines are September 12, December 1, January 8, and March 6.  Please direct any inquiries to Caitlin Parker (Greek Life Coordinator) via email at parkcait@umich.edu.

New Members to Add:
Please include Name, Uniqname, and UMID. The individuals listed below are to be added to the roster on file for the chapter listed above. They are new members of the organization who have accepted a membership bid, but are not yet initiated.
Returning Members to Add:
The individuals listed below are to be added to the active collegiate roster for the chapter listed above. Reasons for addition may include, but are not limited to: transfer from another campus, change in membership status (i.e. no longer inactive, intercollegiate, etc.).
Graduating Members to Remove:
The individuals listed below should be removed from the active roster because they are graduating from the University.
Disaffiliated/Expelled Members to Remove:
The individuals listed below should be removed from the active roster because they have been expelled/disaffiliated/removed from the organization. They are no longer members of the fraternity/sorority.
Other Members to Remove:
The individuals listed below should be removed from the active roster due to a change in membership status other than graduation or disaffiliation (i.e. alumni, inactive, intercollegiate, etc.).
