Interns are expected to complete minimum of 240 hours of work by the end of their contact.
Do you possess a valid Driver's Licence (equivalent to CA class C) and a clean driving record? *
Do you have an personal vehicle that is reliable, insured, and suitable for field work? *
Interns will be provided with a vehicle for work purposes; however on occasion a vehicle may be unavailable. Personal vehicle mileage will be reimbursed at $0.50 per mile.
Have you taken prior coursework in Ecology, Conservation Biology, Animal Behavior, Wildlife Management, etc? *

Are you familiar with the use of maps, GPS, binoculars, spotting scopes, and/or identifying marine wildlife? *
If yes, please comment on your experience
Are you familiar with the use of Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, EndNote, Matlab/R Statistical Package, ArcGIS, and/or other scientific-computing software? *
Please outline your computer/technology skills.
