UCSC - Tour Group Dining Request Form
Thank you for your interest in dining at UC Santa Cruz! We offer service at our "all-you-care-to enjoy" style dining halls, and we extend reduced prices for tour groups.

Fill out this form, and the Tour Meal Coordinator will review your request. You will receive an email once we confirm your reservation. The email will include your assigned dining hall location, as well as payment information.

If you have changes after you have submitted a request through this form, please do not submit another request- instead, please email Dining@ucsc.edu with those changes.

If your group will be bringing packed lunches to enjoy picnic-style, please reconnect with the UCSC Tours staff to coordinate a good location for picnicking.

For us to provide accurate pricing, please provide a breakdown of the group attendance; Student Meals are tax exempt, but Chaperone and Staff Meals are not. If estimating, DO NOT USE A RANGE; please state the highest number of estimated guests. On the day of your visit, you will only be charged for the number of actual guests in attendance. If your group size changes plus or minus 10% please notify us ASAP.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OR BY MAIL. Only the methods listed below are acceptable forms of payment. All meals must be paid for in a single transaction to qualify for the group rate. If paying by cash, please collect it from all participants before entering the dining hall. Please make checks payable to "UC Regents."
