This form provides a service to the Sports Clubs of UC Davis and their officers to anonymously share what is on their mind with the Sports Clubs Advisory Council. The council's fundamental job is to take into consideration the various opinions and desires of our members and see how best to incorporate changes into the structure of Sports Clubs for the benefit of everyone. It is our hope that this form will provide a venue to anonymously share your thoughts, desires and complaints pertaining to how Sports Clubs operates to those who can propagate the process to instill change.
