Contest Name: Honorary Uber Captain of the Game Contest

Contest Period: February 21, 2017 from 10:00 am Eastern Time until February 23, 2017 at 5:00pm Eastern Time

Winners Announced: February 24, 2017 at 10:00am Eastern Time

Age Requirements: 21 years or older.

Method of Entry: Completely fill out the form found here and share your story with us about what makes you the biggest CAVS fan in the city!  

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: The winner will be named “Honorary Captain of the Game” and receive:
• A pre-game player meet & greet and photo experience
• Benchwarmer passes (sit courtside during pre-game player shoot around)
• Lower bowl seat tickets, valid for winner and one guest (food and beverage included)
• A Cavs swag bag

How Winner is Selected: At the close of the Contest Period, Uber will select one individual to receive the prize as determined by Uber in its sole discretion based on a variety of factors including, without limitation, creativity, originality and the compelling nature of the story. There is no limit to the number of times an individual can share a story but only the first eligible entry for each individual will be eligible to win the prize.
