.

- Venture Beat put a spotlight on Charles Huang's new startup that aims on creating a virtual game console for the tv based on smartphones
- Huang is a co-creator of Guitar Hero
- The company is called Green Throttle Games and is making a game controller that will work with Android smartphones and tablets when it debuts next year.
- The controller connects wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet, which can be connected via cable to display images on the television. The point is to make it easier to play the same games both in the living room and on the run.
- Huang is in talks with video game developers to solve that problem so they can create mobile games that can be played by two people on a single big screen.
- SDK available today

Q: is the future of console gaming the phone or is the phone just a second screen? Is that an enticing proposition for phone makers?

Delicious Refreshed
http://blog.delicious.com/2012/11/delicious-refreshed/

.

- Delicious is still alive with a brand new demo site launched today.

Design:
- It's got a blue bar up top and looks kind of like the old Digg with hints of Facebook
- Left side navigation shows trending tags
- Middle feed of popular links with a preview pane on the right when you click a story
- Preview pane also shows community notes (comments about the stories by users)
- very text based (flies in the face of pinterest and its clones)
- Looks like you'll have a profile page (which kind of looks a lot like facebook) displaying your links in a similar three pane design.

Beyond the design:
- on the delicious blog, the guys behind the site said they want delicious to be fast and it's working on a new iOS app
Q: after seeing the demo, what do you think? does it have a fighting chance?
