iaWe are truly living in the future. Computers in our pockets, wearable fitness gadgets, and soon you will be able to order pizza from your Xbox. Pizza Hut and Microsoft have joined forces to allow you to order anything from Pizza Hut's menu using your controller, voice commands, or the Kinect. You can even save your favorite combos so you can order easier in the future. But wait, there's more. The app goes live today and you'll receive a discount if your order between now and May 6th. The fat nerdy kid in me is yelling, "Where was this when I was 12?!"http://www.polygon.com/2013/4/22/4252934/pizza-hut-for-xbox-360-app-kinect

tmReddit's hueypriest posted on the site's blog Reflections on the Recent Boston Crisis, stating "We all need to look at what happened and make sure that in the future we do everything we can to help and not hinder crisis situations." slARM's got some sunny news, the chip maker reported sales that beat analysts’ estimates as demand increased for its graphics and processing technology. Revenue rose 29% to $260 million in the first quarter ending in March. ARM Chief Executive Officer Warren East said in March he would retire July 1 after almost 12 years. tmAMD has announced an updated G-series processor with four Jaguar cores and a Radeon 8000 GPU and I/O module on a single piece of silicon. AMD's Arun Iyengar says AMD is paving the way for an ARM-designed CPU as part of this embedded series. iaA couple of law stories to end the news fuse today. Nokia won an injunction that would stop HTC from using microphones from ST Microelectronics. Those microphones were made for Nokia exclusively and Nokia said HTC had no license to use those microphones in the HTC One. The injunction lasts until March of next year. Meanwhile at the hall of justice - I mean at the International Trade Commission, Apple won a patent dispute with Motorola. The ITC said that Apple didn't infringe on Motorola's sensor-related patent. Motorola was trying to ban importation of iPhones, but that's not going to happen. http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-57580889-38/nokia-granted-temporary-ban-on-microphone-sales-for-htc-one/

Hey TNT Crew,

With the rumors and news of Windows 8.1 and the potential ability to boot into Desktop and to get the Start Button (and menu?) back, one thing I haven't heard mentioned is enterprise.

Do you think it's possible that these changes are actually coming from the business side of the fence and not the consumer side? As it stands now, Windows 8 has always felt unprofessional to me. Perhaps companies have refused to upgrade for the same reason?

Just a thought.
