Seating Accommodations for Graduation
Special disability seating will be reserved for friends and family attending commencement that have difficulty climbing stairs or walking distances.  Please fill out the following form so that the proper seating arrangements can be made.  An extra family member or two can be placed near those with the reserved handicap seating to provide assistance as needed.

If by chance the weather is bad and Commencement is held in Pershing, handicapped accessible seats will be available for those holding a ticket.  Will your guests need these reserved seats if Commencement is moved inside Pershing? *
Please realize that if we have inclement weather, Baldwin Auditorium will also be open for overflow seating.  Commencement will be broadcast through a closed circuit system onto a big screen.
An email confirmation of these arrangements will be sent to you during finals week after seating assignments have been made.  Forms can be faxed to 660 785 4011.
